Ein fantastisches Hotel mit einer wunderbaren Lage hoch über Almyrida. Wir hatten eine Executive Suite gebucht. Wohn und Schlafbereich waren getrennt. Jeder Raum verfügt über eine separat einzustellende Klimaanlage. Von beiden Zimmern hat man Zutritt zur Terrasse und dem eigenen Pool. Auf der Terrasse stehen zwei Sonnenliegen ein kleiner Tisch und Stuhl sowie ein großer Wäschetrockner. Für die Liegen werden Pooltücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet. Wasserkocher, ILLY Kaffeemaschine, Frenchpress, Besteck, Gläser, Tassen und vieles mehr. Jeden Tag wird der Pool gründlich gereinigt, ebenso die Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Anlage sind sehr gut. Das Personal immer aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Hotel ist win wunderbarer Ort um auf Kreta Erholung zu finden. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Den einzigen für mich kleinen Kritikpunkt sind die etwas zu weichen Matratzen und das nicht vorhandene Bügeleisen, das in der Hotelbeschreibung steht. Das ist aber Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Wir werden das Hotel bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Kreta wieder buche. 100% zu empfehlen

Problème à notre arrivée, rien n'était prêt et nous avons dû patienter, ce qui nous a passablement embêtés. Pas de lit enfant. Des cadeaux sur le lit qui ont été enlevé. Visiblement on nous a donné une chambre qui était destiné à un couple pour éviter de nous faire attendre plus longtemps. Cependant, une fois installés, tout est devenu cool. La chambre est de très bonne qualité, avec une literie extrêmement confortable. C'est un véritable régal de s'y reposer après une journée de visites. À notre arrivée, une bouteille de vin nous attendait pour faire l'apéro, une attention très appréciée. La piscine est très agréable et parfaite pour se détendre. La douche est très grande, ce qui est un vrai plus pour le confort. Le parking est facile d'accès et bien situé. De plus, la zone, bien que fréquentée, est moins envahie que d'autres zones de la côte nord. Le confort de l'hébergement est particulièrement appréciable lors d'un voyage en itinérance avec un enfant en bas âge. Seul bémol, l'hébergement manque un peu de charme - C'est un resort propre sans beaucoup de personnalité.

酒店很糟糕！房間很髒，工作人員不禮貌且緩慢。早餐很一般，食材的新鮮度也值得懷疑。無線網路幾乎不能用。我不推薦這家飯店住宿。我被好評所迷惑──這是我最大的錯誤！

tutto perfetto , accoglienza gentilezza e disponibilità del personale , pulizia , ciliegina sulla torta la piscina privata che ricrea un ambiente di totale relax. Posizione ortima,Vicino ad un supermarket,ATM,riatoranti vari e spoaggia ed essendo nella parte ovest a poche ore dalle spiagge più belle di creta. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

This was our ninth visit to this hotel and we have booked to go again. Great location just 150 yards from Plaka square with its shops, tavernas and bustling evening atmosphere and only 15 minutes walk downhill to beautiful Almyrida with its beach, water sports and many tavernas. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and I would like to pay tribute to the high standards of cleanliness and efficiency of the cleaning staff. Robes and slippers are provided and every day the floor is washed. bins emptied, clean fresh towels and bed made (See pictures). These rooms are designed for self-catering, if required, and the intelligent guest will perhaps get a clue from the provision of washing up liquid, pan cleaners, etc. that washing crockery is NOT the responsibility of the cleaners. Provided ones life style is not of the porcine variety with personal possessions and dirty crockery left lying around, the maids will clean the sink to look like new and leave the floor so clean you could eat your moussaka off it (See picture). Breakfast on the terrace is delightful, with clean white cloths and a stunning view. With five swimming pools and an ample supply of beds and umbrellas at each, even when fully booked there is rarely more than one or two people in the pool at any one time. Can't wait to return.

We spent one night in this hotel. The hotel was clean and the service was friendly. The departure of our flight was late in the evening and we were able to keep the room for a long evening at a reasonable price, which was a great thing. It would have been great if the swimming pool had been private, i.e. only for the use of the rooms. The air conditioning in the room was surprisingly loud and it even disturbed sleep a little. The breakfast was tasty and there were several options on the menu to order. The drain in the shower didn't drain well and it was a bit unpleasant. There was no restaurant in the hotel and that is a minus. Of course, there are restaurants nearby (100m), of which the absolute best is Elpís. We definitely recommend the hotel
