Small issue initially with the wrong room being booked through Trip, but the hotel staff was very quick to accommodate me. Excellent service.

Easy to get to. Staff is very good and friendly.

A nice budget friendly property in a good location and short drive to major sightseeing attractions. Basic accommodations, friendly service, easy parking, lots of fast food and sit down dining around the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, which was helpful for our early flight. However, the building felt old and dated, and there was a strong chemical smell in the hallways and rooms, like carpet cleaner, which made the stay less comfortable. Better ventilation and updated facilities would greatly improve the experience.

I’m a little disappointed as it was a Baymount so I was expecting it to be a little bit higher class for a middle class hotel but you can tell it was old and you could tell that it really needed to be remodeled a little bit. The breakfast was so so in fact it was so bad we went ahead and got breakfast somewhere else, but overall it was affordable and it worked for what we needed and it’s a straight shot to Indy and that part was very nice and in a wonderful town that I would live in

In the most expensive suite on the top floor, the coffee machine had not been cleaned from the previous guest, the microwave is broken, there was no safe, and the refrigerator froze everything you put in it. Only the staff saves this place from a zero. They were helpful and courteous
