匹茲堡貝克利廣場萬豪SpringHill飯店

We’ve stayed at this property three years in a row while visiting our son at Carnegie Mellon. Last night’s visit was the first time I was disappointed. The hallway carpet was really rundown and torn/frayed in several places, making it unsafe for children and elderly. The dining area floors were very sticky in several places. Our room had a bad odor and did not look clean. The carpet was stained in several places. The air conditioning unit was louder than it has ever been and made a very loud noise boom when it cycled on every 30-45 mins. We had interrupted sleep throughout the night, making it a rough drive home. Needless to say, we will not be staying here in the future. It’s very unfortunate because this area is so convenient and surrounded by several shops and restaurants.

This facility had everything a weary traveller needs. The people are courteous, the facility is clean. There is trendy shopping and cafes nearby that one can walk to. Complimentary coffee, tea, water and fresh popcorn are a nice touch in the lobby. I took a couple of tea sachets to my room to make tea for myself in the morning. Though parking is offsite and is extra.

Estancia Aceptable Buena experiencia, hotel ubicado en una zona tranquila donde hay cerca un target y lugares para comer o cenar. Tomar en cuenta que si llevas auto, debes estacionarlo en el estacionamiento de la plaza el cual se cobra por noche aprox 9 a 16 usd dependiendo de las horas. El desayuno es aceptable y en general todo estuvo muy bien.

This was a nice place to stat! My room was spacious and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Added surprise was the Bakery Square area, complete with shops and restaurants. This will be my stay-over hotel from now on.
