No visitors without prior discussion. 3) As stated in the description, "Bedroom #4" doubles as another living room space along with a kitchenette/wet bar, as well as a walk-out rooftop deck on the 4th floor. It is not a true bedroom. *** Roofdeck: We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 9pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund. Please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $50.00 per pet before VRBO's taxes and fees.
