A small, vibrant business district is approximately 4 blocks away featuring several good restaurants. Approximately 1 mile away is a shopping plaza and supermarket. In the other direction approximately 4 blocks away is a drug store. The Frick art and Historical mansion/museum is nearby. Getting around By car the apartment is about 20 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Oakland/university/hospitals and 8 minutes from Squirrel Hill. There is a bus stop at the corner with 3 routes operating roughly every 15 or so minutes to easily use public transport to get to Squirrel Hill, Oakland or downtown. The apartment is approximately 1.5 miles off of the expressway exit (I-376), approximately 25 miles from the airport. Other things to note This is a first floor apartment; there are two other units in the building. Quiet for the most part with normal muffled noise from other tenants.
