Nice room , Nice View . I got the room on the third floor at the corner. The room was clean and the view was fantastic. Good location, it is very closed to the nice restaurants and pier. ☺️

We paid for 5 people in a larger suite. It had a twin pop out, which had a broken frame and NO sheets! The couch pop out had 1 sheet with multiple holes!!!! We had a late check in, no one was in the office to accommodate or get us sheets. They also only provided 4 bath towels, for 5 people. They also charged an additional $30 fee for cleaning. I would have been fine with that if they had provided sheets and towels for all 5 of us. The heater vent was also disgusting and covered with years of dirt and dust.

The small sofa at the foot of the bed was broken when i sat on it there was yellow stains on the curtains in the living room area stains all over the carpet the ocean view was not what i expected either to many building's around it not what i expected never agin

CHECK IN WAS EASY, OUR ROOM WAS FREEZING. BEDROOM WINDOW WAS LEFT OPEN. OUR HEATER DID NOT WORK. I CALLED MANAGMENT AND WAS TOLD MAINTANCE WOULD BE BY THE NEXT DAY. NO ONE ARRIVED AND NOT HAVING A HEATER WASNT ADDRESSE. THEY DID HAVE A ROOM HEATER BUT I FELT FOR THE MONEY PAID WE SHOULD OF REC A CALL ON THE HEATER UPDATE. ALSO THE ROOM WASNT CLEANED CORRECTLY. MOLDY COFFEE IN COFFEE POT. ITEMS FOUND BEHIND THE DRESSER AND COUCH.

Location is prime right next to the beach, few steps away. Stayed in the winter on a rainy day so didn't get to take advantage of that perk. The room was average, no frills, warm with all the necessities. It was clean enough (minus what looked like some wine splatter stains above the bed and some remnant hairs in the bed..)--not immaculate but also not disgusting. The room had a musty, moldy smell which I'm attributing to being right next to the ocean. Our room "Crows nest" is the only room without a view and windows pointed to the parking alley next door--we just kept the windows shut and didn't spend much time in the room so wasn't a huge deal. Minor annoyance was the advertised streaming services that we didn't actually have on the TV(Nexflix, Hulu, etc.). This room must be right below or next to the laundry room because in the morning, there was constant loud sounds of laundry machines and running water. Parking was free, safe and convenient in a garage below the building and bonus is the cinnamon roll shop next door! It was decent for a short one-night stay.

The room is extremely small. Unless you move away tables, you won’t be able to access the bathroom. The shower has no barriers to block water on the ground. So guess what, after shower, no one can access the bathroom because the floor is flooded. At 6:30am, you will be forced waking up by loud garbage collection noise. Then some other loud noise comes. Extremely uncomfortable, unbearable!

Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. 1. Arrived 545pm. Office closed. There is a phone number that no one picks up and voicemail is full. We waited for more than 20 minutes and I was about to leave when someone walking by on the street approached me and asked if I had a reservation at the hotel. They said they could call the owner and get me the code for the room, which they did. We got into the room with no one checking our ID or any other form of security check. 2. There were no towels in the room, no soap in the bathroom. The lady from the street offered to help and got us towels. We had to go and get our own soap. 3. The lock is set up such that anyone with the code can get in and there is no way to lock the room from the inside to prevent that. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and never seen such poor security. 4. They sold the room as an ocean view, but they is essentially a view of the roof of the building in front. With only a small sliver of the ocean visible. This would not qualify even as partial ocean view. 5. The screen on the patio door was torn and there was no way to leave the door open in the evening without insects swarming in. I have never seen a hotel like this. 6. While checking out the office was open and the lady wanted to charge the full amount. Although I had already paid on *******. I opened my app and showed her the receipt but she still would not believe me because her computer was not showing it. I refused to pay.
