海上冒險海灘飯店(SeaVenture Beach Hotel)

Very disappointing. We were ask to leave the property before our scheduled check out. Allegation of playing music loud in the parking area. The person who ordered for the music to be turned down did not identify themselves. We feel we were treated unfairly and not provided any notice or warning. The music was not bothering anyone since it was in the parking garage. They would not provide a refund for the night we missed and said since it was prepaid through *******, we would have to ask ******* for the refund. It was a nice property but we would never patronize this facility or recommend it to anyone.

Loved the property only thing we thought we were getting a partial ocean view and didn’t. When I talked to front desk they didn’t have any available.

The rooms are very small beds do not fit two people. We had no where to park. The shower wouldn’t drain and the toilet was having trouble flushing. They said they were going to accommodate a night and would call me back and no one ever did.

I would definitely come back. The room was clean and cute the balcony with hot tub is a nice luxury. Staff were super nice and very attentive. Only complaint is that the shower drain drained very slowly.

The location and staff are great, but the room spa and fireplace were poorly designed- very noisy spa that’s hard to get in and out of and a fireplace that roasts you (only option). The restaurant has an amazing view and yummy food but is only open a few hours a day. They charge a resort fee but don’t tell you until checkout, so at least in my case, I didn’t get to use things like beach chairs and a fitness center.

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Very clean facility. Restaurant was amazing including the view. Room was cleaned and the hot tub was nicely kept up as well. A great stay!

Great location. Beautiful view of the beach from the lobby and restaurant. Loved the jacuzzi on our balcony. Private & Clean!
