Awesome view surrounded by the hotel, friendly staff and the hotel is clean.

Nice hotel. Great location right on Pismo beach pier. Walking distance to many restaurants. We got the ocean view with fire pit. Amazing view. Unfortunately, the fire pit was not working. We asked 2 days in the row to fix, but it was not fixed. Staff didn’t seem to care at all about it. You pay extra for that nice room. It would have been great if it worked or at least offer a discount.

It was a nice birthday getaway. Thanks to Benny and Robert for trying to make it possible. Juliana was not as friendly or accommodating as the other front desk personnel. The lock in our bathroom was broken when we arrived. The requested microwave was not available until the next day and was not working well. The maintenance had to come fix the lock. The microwave was never returned. The pool area was also not cleaned. There were food wrappers and a diaper at the roof top. I think the guests are really at fault for not cleaning up after themselves. Despite of it all, we tried to make the most out of our stay.

Loud street noise and right by the housekeeping restocking room so not super quiet. Otherwise a nice property. The $30 a day for valet was a little ridiculous considering we never had our car pulled up because it was parked right out front. So we just had to wait for our keys everyday more of an inconvenience than a compliment to the stay. The restaurant prices were absurd and outrageous. $6.50 for a coffee that wasn’t even large!

They charged for everything. Shower was dirty with hair on the shower wall. The water in the shower went from cold to hot after several long minutes. Then the water would go cold mid shower. The water pressure also completely shot out during the shower. The sheets on the bed had a stain. We called for house keeping while gone and all they did was make the bed. They did not change the sheets or take out any of the trash. All night long we could hear movement from outside of the room. We also attempted to use the on-demand feature on the TV which did not work. For the price of the stay this was not worth it. My family and I will not ever be coming back.

This is a Hilton in 2023, I was shocked the front desk staff was very arrogant & if you called guest services you're immediately put on hold. The rooms seem nice enough until you notice tge little bugs running around in the corners, the barndoor rails to the bathrooms are rusting, the hardwater stains on the shower head are a little disconcerting (great water pressure though), there was no bath soap in the shower soap dispenser so I had to call the front desk/guest services & immediately be asked to wait. The best part of the stay was the valet team (which by the way is the only parking option) they were fast & professional. As a Hilton Honors member I was greatly disappointed in the product put forth at this location.
