Mi sono trovata benissimo. Stanza e bagno puliti. Bell'ambiente con ospiti simpatici da tutto il mondo. Aree comuni molto carine. Cucina fornita di stoviglie, condimenti, microonde e frigorifero. Distributore automatico di bevande. Massima disponibilità dimostrata con me e con altri ospiti nel tenere i bagagli e consentirci persino di sostare nelle aree comuni dopo il check out. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca... la luce del bagno sarebbe meglio che si accendesse dall'interno, perché, accendendola dall'esterno di notte, quando si apre la porta e dopo, quando si esce, di notte, si abbagliano le compagne di camera.

Il TOP per quanto riguarda la posizione: si trova veramente a due passi da Piazza del Duomo e grazie alla sua ubicazione siamo riusciti a goderci il posto negli orari meno affollati (di venerdì sera eravamo quasi soli). Abbiamo scelto la soluzione quadrupla (letto matrimoniale e letto a castello) con il bagno in camera, fornita di tutto l'indispensabile per pernottare. L'hostel dispone anche di una comoda cucina per fare pasti e colazioni in autonomia. Possiede inoltre una terrazza che abbiamo sfruttato per qualche momento di relax e da lì siamo riusciti ad ammirare anche dei fuochi d'artificio che stavano facendo nella zona. Ottimo il prezzo, visto la comodità della struttura.

I loved the nice energy in this hostel. Very nice and helpful staf. My room was with an ensuit. Cheap and clean. Not an party hostel so were able to sleep well in the confortable bed. I had a tower view. Everything is quite close since it a rather small town. The hostel were a good base to make traintrips to Cinque Terre, Firenze, Lucca, Viareggio and many more!😊

Wow what customer service!! I didn’t stay however, my daughter did and loved her stay! I want to praise Christian and the team after they made my daughters birthday so special! After a simple email to hostel Pisa to ask if they could get a bottle of wine for my daughter, who would be alone in her special day, Christian went out if his way to help make it perfect! They got fizz, a card and cake for her return and went above and beyond and I’m truly grateful!! The customer service alone is reason to stay, knowing your solo travellers are safe and cared for is so important and they genuinely care!! Thank you to a wonderful team!!!!

For me, it was my first experience in the hostel. It was a little bit old-school with the old things. It was a nice place to meet other interesting people. Not very safe as there are no lockers where you can put your things

Simple,outdated hostel,needs updating,run by a pensioner,and his son in law,and a housekeeper,who is extremely friendly.beds are great,but that is all say.Airco is only working between 21.00 and 06.00am,they say about a rule what is only for them,and not Italy wide!!rooms are steamy hot,while you sleeping in it with 4 or 6.It is impossible to have a good night sleep,while the heat is enormous.Hostel has the best situated by the Pisatower,only some meters away.
