"我們住了這家酒店5晚,和旅行社一起住了,我們預訂了半養老金。房間裏有陽台和一些面。房間和室都很寬,而且還給予了舒適的睡。不幸的是,我們不得不發現,早餐時,大批發貨時,剛剛有3台咖啡機,這也沒準準備,所以說,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等等,等供給非常有吸引力,而且總是新鮮的,甚至在布菲的晚餐也很,不幸的是,沒有預熱菜。晚上的服務很不錯,很快被要求喝酒,還給訂單定,我們要注意,我們從第二晚起就直接付了飲料,因爲在撞擊時間晚上,大家都要等很長時間,就得把子掉,我們沒有用 Spa/Wellness,雖然價格裏面也會有。但是,因爲我們每天都要去吃飯, 我們沒有個人印象, 但其他同行們都很興奮。"

"酒店坐落在亞得里亞海岸的一個小港灣上，環境很好，旁邊還有一個十三世紀的教堂遺跡。從酒店步行到皮蘭老城也不算太遠。不想步行的話，可以坐免費的擺渡巴士，車站距酒店約十分鐘路程，基本上一刻鐘一班車。酒店有充足的停車位，自駕友好。酒店餐廳很大，客人也多。早餐品種豐富。前台服務熱情，房間衞生。"

"We're not quite there. The hotel is very inconvenient from a logistical point of view for those with children, there are many steps to climb to reach the rooms and in some points the lift does not arrive. Even reaching the spa is not so intuitive and quite far from the rooms. The rooms are old, dirty (carpet stained very clearly in several places), the bathroom without a window doesn't even have a fan, the services in general are really basic, nothing more than a three star. The light on the terrace remains on all night without the possibility of turning it off, so it is not possible to have darkness in the room. Mostly the "blackout" curtains don't do their job at all so as soon as the sun rises you are invaded by light. We asked for a family room as there were three of us and we were assigned a room with two single beds pushed together plus a sofa... or not. Breakfast and dinner (for which you pay €21 per person excluding drinks) are not of high quality and there is very little choice. For that price I would have dined out somewhere else. The only positive note of the weekend was the sea view."

"I am writing this review from Room 41 at approximately 11PM on September 8, 2026, while we are still staying here. Our room is on the top floor, requiring us to climb four flights of stairs. Unfortunately, the biggest problem is the temperature. Starting around 4 PM, the room became unbearably hot and remained that way throughout the evening. It felt like being inside an oven. I went downstairs and asked the front desk if the thermostat could be adjusted. I was told that the thermostat could not be unlocked to lower the temperature, but that the room would become cooler. It did not. I then went back down the four flights of stairs and asked whether we could change rooms or have a portable fan. About 20 minutes later, the staff member came to our room and told us that the hotel had only one fan — and that fan was broken. We had to take cold showers simply to cool ourselves down. Unfortunately, as soon as the shower was over, we were immediately sweating again. At 11 PM, the room was still extremely hot. The room also has no proper chair and no desk or suitable table for a laptop, which makes it difficult even to sit comfortably or work. We stay in more than 50 hotels every year throughout Europe and Southeast Asia, ranging from budget properties to luxury hotels. This is one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. What is particularly disappointing is that we did not simply encounter a problem — we reported the problem and there was no workable solution offered. We could not lower the temperature, we could not get a working fan, and we were not offered another room. I strongly recommend that travelers staying in Piran consider other accommodations before booking this property, particularly if you are assigned a top-floor room."
