Hands down the best hotel in Janakpur. Staff were friendly, location was great - within walking distance to the Janak Madir. I especially like the way they repel the insects so the hotel is clean and keep guests safe from mosquito bites. Food was good standard, would be best if they get the breakfast buffet covered when the food are left at the bar table for hygienic reasons.

I just went to mithila yatri with my family and i love the environment in this hotel we found the excellent sevice with warm welcome by the staff in every department food was tasty service was excellent specially thank to mr nabin,pintu,and sandip was your careness to the guest.

我決定去這個地方搭乘賈納克布爾鐵路，尼泊爾唯一的鐵路。由於鐵路方面的資訊不多，我就想到了一個可以收集資訊的酒店，於是我就尋找了一家看起來價格合理的酒店，即使有點貴，最後找到了這家酒店。這個地區沒有計程車，所以我們包了一輛飯店的車前往Bhangha。房間也寬敞舒適。不幸的是，儘管住宿搜尋網站向我收取了酒店費，但在我退房時他們也向我收取了費用（導致雙重付款）。我平安無事地活了下來，但這份工作很糟糕。

Very terrible experience.....the worst hotel ever visited. i went there with my family to visit Janakpur dham and make it enjoyable trip but this hotel ruined our 1st day of trip. Every aspects or factors that a hotel provides or a person requires when they visit hotel and also by paying such a high price is very bad here location is also far from the city. Also the biggest minus point is the service it is worst service ever got i ordered food in restaurant for about 1 hour i waited no waiter were responding properly and it was also not worth the time i waited for it. i ordered panner tikka 2 plates in first one tere were 9 pieces and in second plate only 6 piece. The room was unclean specially the bathroom and it was very small as well. Water was coming out from the ac. Room was not heating properly.Not even 3% worth the price. next day i have to shift to another hotel because of all these. i stayed in hotel Welcome which in the main city (city center) it was far better than yatri niwas . staffs were friendly and responding nicely unlike yatri niwas . I would suggest to go to welcome hotel as it is in main city and service is good as well.

Additionally, I observed some challenges in the hotel's staff management. It appeared that there were issues in communication and coordination, and there were times when I felt that your manager may not have possessed the necessary skills to effectively lead the team. This ultimately impacted the efficiency and morale of the staff . Bcoz I was gone there they didn’t response to our guest

This is one of the worst hotels in Nepal - very expensive and the cost doesn’t not justify the place. There were mice in the room!!! And when asked to change room staffs were least bothered (got a mouse trap instead for the room). Bathrooms are unclean. Services are very slow - takes an hour to get coffee, around 2 hours when you order lunch. And the worst part is the staffs don’t even care.
