Netflix is included! Bedroom has a closet (ironing board, iron, extra towels, extra pillows and bed sheet set). Beach chairs are provided for your beach days! Bedroom has a dedicated work space if you decide to work while on travel. Bedroom 2: Bedroom has a queen sized bed with new comfy bedding. Livingroom: Gather around the smart TV with your loved ones to enjoy a movie together or play any of the family board games provided. Kitchen: Fully stocked chef's kitchen ready to cook all your favorite home cooked meals. Kitchen is loaded with all the cooking essentials i.e. blender, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking set, salt, pepper, spices, oil. Dining area: Gather around the dining table with 4 chairs (one extra chair is in the bedroom). Bathroom: Bathroom has bath tub, cabinet filled with toiletries, hair dryer, extra towels, makeup towel.. Backyard: Enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful tropical yard and catch the morning sunrise. Or sit out to read your favorite magazine or book while enjoying the beautiful weather of Southwest Florida, while your kids are having fun and playing in a spacious area. We do have a strict and non-refundable policy. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance that will pay your expenses if any unexpected cancellation occurs. That might be smart for your flight as well, if you’re afraid it will be cancelled. Please make sure your pets are clean and groomed, if the room smells like pets when you leave there will be a charge for cleaning assessed, this does happen sometimes and we're very fair about this policy. We have a pet restriction on some pets and all pets must be approved.
