The Mulligan House in Pinehurst is located in the middle of several different golf resorts. It is only a 5 minute drive to Pinehurst resort and the village of Pinehurst and 6 mins from downtown Southern Pines. You are only a hop away from all restaurants and several pubs. There are 3 breweries that are minutes from the house. You can play golf during the day, have a bite to eat, have a drink at one of the pubs then relax in the big hot tub surrounded by lights. Property is private but convenient to everything. Property has plenty of room to accommodate 1 person to groups of 12-15 guests depending on your preferences. The living room has ample space and a 55 inch smart tv with the Golf channel/network. The Property consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master located on the first floor has a king bed and tv. Second bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds. Upstairs has 3 additional bedrooms, the first bedroom has 3 twin beds, the second bedroom has 4 twin beds and a TV, and the last room has 2 queen beds. The backyard is an oasis, when you walk out to the porch you have a huge lounging sectional that you can watch tv outside. There is an outdoor built in BBQ pit and pizza oven, there is outside dining under the twinkling lights that overlook the built in gas fire pit and hottub.
