I had the opportunity to stay at the Hotel holiday inn express pimpri during a business trip, and overall, it proved to be a highly suitable choice for my professional needs. The check-in process was efficient and hassle-free, allowing me to settle into my room quickly. The room itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a dedicated workspace that included a comfortable desk and ergonomic chair. The hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable and high-speed, which was crucial for conducting virtual meetings, accessing important documents, and staying connected with colleagues and clients. I encountered no issues with connectivity throughout my stay, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Every evening I came back to clean room , well made bed to welcome me after a tiring day. Always smiling staff and accommodating. Breakfast needed a bit of attention in terms of consistency . Their ***ager - Ashutosh was always actively present and mingling with guest in dining area. Keep up the good work!

Worst hotel in the world

Value for Money . It is an typical business hotel and no frills attached . Hotel location is in Pimpri which is near to all the industrial areas . Rooms were clean and compact in size . Breakfast was good with an mixed spread of South Indian , North Indian and continental items . Staff were supportive . I Checked out on 06 th morning 3.15 am , I had asked the girl in the reception to add my GST details . She forgot and by half an hour I got an updated bill with all the GST details in my WhatsApp . That’s really good customer service …
