The service was terrible , the rooms was not cleaned, no blankets , you have to call to ask blankets
It happened in 2 rooms
Overpriced we’ve paid 315 $ per each Juliette room

we recived a old room with unfunction fridge with a broken bed. we cant sleep all night and we come in 8am to reception to ask for change room nobody contact us till 12 when we come again and then they dod a favor for us and change the room

This place is amazing the staff was awesome they really made you feel at home the room was amazing clean and so cozy I would recommend to include your dinner when booking the place was beautiful with live entertainment while you eat the food was amazing I would definitely recommend this place I didnt want to leave they have all kinds of activities for you to do i will definitely be going back

The Champagne suite was quite interesting, for the price I expected that it would have been cleaned for guests to arrive. The linens barely covered the bed, there were holes throughout the room, areas missing in the drop ceiling which were concerning and soiled ceiling tiles. The bathroom was not very clean which was concerning. The price did match the quality.

Everything was great . The only downfall was it took 2 hours to check in front desk was too slow . Other than that I would recommend this place!

Love the resort great people great place had a ton of fun … but the bed was so uncomfortable was dipped in the center very bad my wife and I didn’t sleep good at all
