Everything was great, the room exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

The elevator situation was inconvenient, my crew was on the fourth floor, constantly taking the stairs after long days of walking on the island or Gatlinburg *****, but i didn’t mind the extra leg workout lol. Parking space is a little odd but overall seems safe. The bath mat in our room had gunk, hair, and grime on it from previous people/stays - we ended up not using it! Breakfast is good & beds are comfortable! Overall the hotel is worth the price you pay.

Everything was fine except for the kitchen staff watched us like we’d rob the place during breakfast. And they keep the milk in the back and you have to ask for it.

Not the worst but not great either. It was a bit dingy and did not seem super clean to me. The only part of the hotel that is relatively nice is the lobby and breakfast area. The rooms have been updated but not very well. The porch lights do not turn off outside (meaning they shine into your room all night), all the room doors slam pretty hard when closed, and the bedding/beds were not very comfortable, so we did not sleep particularly well. The free breakfast (with the exception of the coffee) is pretty good. The hotel is in a great location, but personally, I wouldn't stay here again.

Terrible stay Most of the outlets did not work .. NONE of the USB outlets worked .. worst trip ever .. would not recommend to anyone
