It was amazing! The room was very clean and had a lot of space. Front desk ladies very nice. Check out was easy. Beautiful Mountain View’s. Best place I have stayed in a while.

The staff is so nice and very accommodating! Top-notch Customer Service. This resort spared the expense on the mattress and pillows! The bed and pillows were by far the most comfortable than any place I have ever stayed in. This is usually the problem and most hotels and resorts, but not this one! We experienced a great night sleep after a full day at Dollywood splash country.

We had planned a 3 day stay but checking the weather forecast it was supposed to be raining the 3rd day. I ask the night clerk if we could get a refund if we checked out a day early and she said yes. The next morning when checking out, the morning clerk stated I would have to go back to ******* to get a refund. ******* stated they would work with Mgmt to obtain a refund but Mgmt refused and so I called and spoke to the Manager and she refused to refund the last day stating the night clerk was new and she not have told us we could get a refund for the last night. I would never stay here again due to the attitude Mgmt had regarding our stay.
