The front desk was helpful with our late checkout that we appreciated but I feel the standard of the Marriott chain is going down. The buffet was meagre, no fresh waffles, Eggs tasted like rubber. Everythingis packaged and proceesed.Did not enjoy the breakfast at all. Staff at Kitchen just stood around. The more disappointing part was the lack of toiletries in the room and the fact that Room Service is provided only every 3 days ????? No wonder the room had a smell that you would get if you turned the AC off even for a minute. Awful. We headed to a Hilton for our next stay and ironically met someone who had stayed at the Fairfield and they were mentioning exactly the same things. Not acceptable. I am seriously considering changing my Brand loyalty to a brand that actually cares about your stay.
