We arrive 15 min before check in and was told to wait in the parking lot or the garden in the hot sun. The aircon knobs control was removed and was told the aircon was set to maximum. It 35 degrees outside and waited 2 hrs to cool and complained that it was not cooling. We had to fight for the aircon to be fixed and called ******* to to move us but to no avail

C'est un vieux bâtiment, mais l'intérieur très bien entretenu. Escalier un peu étroite, mais c'est une vieille bâtisse. Beau cachet. Propriétaires très recevants. Merci belle expérience.

The property is advertised as Inn, but it is not a full service inn. We did not notice the check in time ending at 7 pm. I got anger phone call to tell us that “the Check in is ending, we have to find the accommodation somewhere”. During the whole process, the manager screamed at us and hang up on us twice. The manager was eager to go somewhere. We connected with ******* agency, the manager also refused to collaborate with ******* or refund us. We ended up have to find another hotel and paid extra cost. Completely horrible experience!

Rude and inflexible hosts!
What was terribly disappointing was the unwillingness of the owners to let us check in after 7:00 pm. Even though they live in the same place, when I called and asked them if we could check in at 8 pm or 9 pm instead of 7 pm they said NO because at that time they would be having dinner, and they would not want to interrupt dinner to have as check in later, so we could be visiting places. Isn’t that what tourist do? They refused and then hang up on me. VERY RUDE!!!
