Para no volver, no te limpian la habitación si no lo solicitas, pero no te dicen nada al hacer el checking, la excusa para no hacer las habitaciones que por el covid, pero no toman ninguna medida en el hotel para prevenirlo, absurdo. Colchon incomodo y con sonido a plastico debajo de las sabanas. Desayuno pobre y poco variado. La cena en el restaurante todo con el mismo sabor.

Well located hotel, clean room with all the facilities for a comfortable stay and very nice and polite staff with only one big,unpleasant exception. Ms Magda from reception desk behaved totally rude, unprofessional , she noticed me in a very strong and impolite way when l served myself with an empty glass from the bar although there was after midnight and no service there.Strange such a rude and impolite person serves in a position where you are supposed to be smiling, friendly, polite, respectful and helpful.
