納卡島附近住宿

Naka Island is magical. This has been an aspirational Marriott redemption for me for over a decade, and finally staying on our honeymoon exceeding all expectations. The staff here is truly exceptional and takes the experience one step beyond. Boom at breakfast, Bank at happy hour, Mew at sunset, etc. everyone we encountered was professional, engaging, and just so friendly. You can really tell this property treats their staff like a family, and they all get along so to deliver a cohesive guest experience. Things that were truly standout: - villa 47 view was unbelievable and has ruined all future hotel views for us :) - Housekeeping staff was intuitive and exceptional (recognizing we had towels on floor as mats in front of the sinks, next day every standing place had a bath mat in place; villa kept pristine overall - daily gardening/pool, turndown, etc) - Afternoon gong begins happy hour for yummy drinks at rum chapel, Bank comes literally running out to take orders at the beach at 1pm daily with a smile - Z Bar staff felt like a homecoming each night, so friendly and fun to chat with and great drinks (Mew, Tuya, Daisy, the whole staff including trainees were so great noticing your preferences on snacks, drinks, etc) - Kris the rooms director was like a second hand GM, so engaging with everyone and fun to chat to - David the GM is obviously so attentive to the whole place… we saw him walking the property every morning at 7am making sure everything just so Once in a lifetime stay that we already want to repeat. Bravo!

I stayed with my wife, sister, brother-in-law, and nephew in this hotel between December 30th, 2022, and January 2nd 2023. The rooms and facilities were very good, especially when you compare the level of service to the price you paid (50$ a night per room, including breakfast! And on new year’s eve!) Breakfast menu is average and includes an adequate numbers of options and variations. The pool is beautiful, clean, and spacious. But its only problem is being understaffed; there was only one guy who’s in charge of food and beverages as well as the towels! And the poor guy had to walk all the way up across many flights of stairs to get each order from the kitchen! He’s a humble and very helpful guy by the way, so be good and patient with him, Kasim you are the best! The hotel is isolated a little, but they provide free bus trips to Old Phuket Town on daily basis. We had a rented car so we had more freedom to move. Be careful while strolling at night, because you’re literally in the middle of a jungle, there are many kinds of insects and strange creatures roaming in and around the place at night, including billions of mosquitoes! Anyway! I’d definitely love to pay it another visit when I’m in Phuket next time, but only if I have a car or if I’m planning on having secluded time with my wife in the arms of nature.

We are a group of 8, so we booked a few rooms plus a 3 bedroom pool villa good for our group. Pool in the villa is large but there are a lot of mosquitoes. That does affect the time we spend outdoors. We stay safe indoors by keeping the doors and windows shut most times and turn on the air conditioning. ( they should do some regular fogging as the mosquitoes situation are really bad and we all got bitten on arrival ) Good selection of movies. Spacious 2 storeys villa with plenty of seats for talking and eating. Breakfast in the La Sirena Restaurant has a decent selection with a la carte choice for egg dish and buffet for the pastries/ fruits / drinks and cheese. We try the on site Thai restaurant which is above average especially the mango sticky rice. Overall a decent stay if they can control the mosquitoes situation.

我們喜歡我們在巴塞羅椰島的住宿!酒店組織的機場接送超級順利。別墅(2間臥室豪華別墅)很漂亮,新裝修。我們嘗試了3家餐廳(西方,亞洲和地中海),真的很喜歡到處的食物。我們真的推薦btw全包套餐。真的值得。工作人員總是微笑和樂於助人。我們的男孩非常喜歡健身中心(有一些剛剛到達的設備)和游泳池。在我們這邊,我們喜歡SPA和按摩。我們肯定會回來,真的推薦!特別感謝前台的Fon女士和Saruta的幫助預訂

Resort is 40-50 mins drive from the Phuket airport. Not really near any beaches (30 min drive to the closest one) or town (20 min drive). Restaurants available around the lagoon area. Local road side restaurants on the main road. Boat arcade supermarket 5 mins walk from the resort front desk. Nice swimming pool, with kids playing area, and pool valleyball net available. Polite staffs. Good coffee at lighthouse cafe. Initially, we have booked a premier delux room with lagoon view. We arrived the resort entrance saying ”this looks nice”. But we checked in and realised we were not staying at the hotel wing. We were led to the marina/ lagoon side, which looked a lot like a retirement village. The room was large, nice view looking at the yachts. But the room was so neglected, and definitely needed some cleaning and re-furnishing done. Long story short, we had a long drive, we stayed the first night, and we would get a room change the next morning. Obviously, we didn't get a good night sleep. We approached the front desk, complaint about that room and wanted a room change. This was the first time I ever complaint about hotel room. Initially,the staffs wanted us the price difference, in the end offering a room at hotel wing, facing the pool with no extra cost. We checked out the room condition before accepting it. The difference was heaven and hell . Just want to thank front desk staffs for making room change available. This made the end of our trip on a high note. Just want to mention, although pool regulations said that no lifeguard on duty. But if pool attendant/staff sees young kids wander into pool without adult, staffs should intervene. One morning during breakfast hours, 3 kids walked into the pool , the oldest kid maybe only 7 yr old. The played at the kids area for 15-20 min unattended. The mother popped up from one of the rooms on 1st floor. The son decided jumped into deeper water. Lucky he didn't submerge straight away and managed to yell at his mother for help. Mother saved own son. Nobody would have noticed the kid was drowning if mom wasn't there.

What a place, one of the nicest and most comfortable places I ever been to. I would definitely recommend for someone who’s looking for a super clean, nice, safe, comfortable, easy to reach place. The staff was amazing, facilities are top-notch where you have everything you would need.

Love the theme of the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable. The pool was excellent, the most refreshing cool pool in phuket, all the other resort pools were very warm. My wife and I had a very relaxing foot and leg massage. This was a last minute booking as our airbnb fell through and turned out to be quite a surprise, a real gem even though it's not in a tourist area.
