If there was a 0 star this would be to much absolutely horrendous hotel . Rude staff absolutely disgusting and dirty dingy place I wouldn't even let the homeless stay there is that's bad. Room was dirty and sheets looked like they had more action that Bruce Lee. No towels provided the front of house staff well that's another story rude ignorant very unwelcoming. The room also had a broken door so would not lock the toilet had a vent that was broken so you could hear the whole of patong all night . We had two rooms and both were as bad as each other. Nothing like pictures on trip.com DO NOT STAY HERE NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL

我在芭東灣酒店的住宿體驗糟透了。飯店極度吵鬧，我根本睡不著。服務也差勁透頂——辦理入住花了很長時間，因為前台用的還是一本破舊的、寫字很不規範的登記簿。我的房間裡到處都是蟑螂，噁心極了。淋浴噪音很大，水溫忽冷忽熱，一會兒溫水一會兒燙手。就這個價格來說，服務簡直形同虛設。我絕對不會推薦這家酒店給任何人。省省錢吧！ PS：不過，飯店位置倒是挺方便的，離芭東的所有景點都很近。

Bueno empezamos con esta “horror story” El hotel no tiene rótulo por lo que es casi imposible encontrarlo. Debes fijarte en un pequeño papel escrito donde aparece el número y por ahí identificas la dirección. Siguiente problema, la recepción? Ni siquiera parece una recepción, y puede que haya alguien o no. En las características de la habitación la elegí poco ruidosa. La verdad no sé muy bien porque aparece esa opción, si estando en la última planta el ruido dentro y fuera del hotel es tremendo. El problema es que dentro todo el mundo habla a voces fuera de sus habitaciones. Y no entiendo la competición de ver quién cierra la puerta más fuerte. Pasamos al apartado fauna. En la habitación había más mosquitos que en la selva, arañas e incluso una lagartija. Gracias a que la ventana del baño, no tiene cristal y la puerta del baño es de juguete. Entonces estás en una trampa mortal, mosquitos infinitos. Y bueno, un pequeño detalle, pedí papel higiénico en la recepción del hotel y.. me recomendaron ir a comprar al supermercado 7. Hay más detalles, pero por suerte debo continuar mis vacaciones por este hermoso país. Un consejo, no se alojen.

房間還行，靠近馬路，夜晚有點吵，要是能換成隔音玻璃窗就好了。服務態度也不錯。下次在住希望能提供吹風機。

這是一間欺詐的店，我訂的豪華雙床房，我們入住時，他卻把我們的房間高價賣出，讓我們4個人住在一個雜物間。衞生間是公共的，沒有熱水，前台24小時無人。住了兩天衹見了老闆一次麪，客服電話打了也沒人接，從入住開始就在噩夢之中，希望夥伴們千萬千萬不要住這家黑店，否則後悔莫及！

Никому не советую в этот сарай. Если только за очень дешево. И будьте готовы, вас скорее всего кинут на депозит. Хозяин укурен в хлам. Персонала не найти.

Снимал номер один, увы окна выходили на дорогу, ночью с трудом засыпалось. Во всем остальном нареканий особых не было. Выбрал этот номер из за отсутствия других вариантов в то время когда я тут жил. Уборка и смена полотенец была только тогда, когда я просил. Залог 1000бат вернули при выезде без проверки номера.

I was planning on checking out in the morning before my day trip, there was no one at reception so I had no choice but to leave, I messaged and try to call but no answer, when I got back they wouldn’t give my deposit back, I had no other solution to checking out when I needed too then just waiting, the man wasn’t helpful at all.

หาพนักงานเชคอินยากมากไม่มีพนักงานยุประจำด้านหน้าโรงแรมถ้าไม่สังเกตุจะไม่รุ้ว่าคือโรงแรมแต่ห้องสะอากสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องดี

It is poor hotel no reception u have to call to get inn and check out..bad and poor facilities .
