I forgot my bag in the room 107 when checked out in the early morning of Mar 07, 2019 and when I found out , it was already Mar 09， and I called the hotel immediately. the lady replied that they would check with housekeeping. When I arrived at the hotel half hour later, the reception asked me to talk with the duty manager. and the Gentleman was so nice , and he lead me to the house keeping office and handed me the bag. It contains customer name cards and my ID cards, I am really very grateful. thanks to the hotel staff ! Thanks to the hotel
