It was terrible. They kicked me out of the room a day early. Drug transactions on the property. Clerk was rude.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Zero complaints

The room we had 2043 was in terrible condition. Heat sensor on the heater did not work. No matter what temperature was set, it produced heat and never turned off by itself. Not sure if the smoke detector worked at all. It was laying on the window sill and not installed in the ceiling. No bed cover for the bed. The mattress on the King size bed was not comfortable, seem like it was worn down. No decor in the room at all. No night table on the left side of the bed. No alarm or any clock. The telephone in the room did not work. Had to use my own cell phone to call the front desk. Although it was designated a non-smoking room. The room itself smelled heavily of smoke. The room did not look like the picture that they used on the website, not even close. No breakfast The service person at the front desk said that they gave us an upgraded room because our room was not available. Not sure why this happened at all as we booked a few weeks in advance. When we asked to change rooms, they said that all the rooms were booked. It didn't seem that way. We just decided to stay in the room and make the best of it. The good, the shower worked reasonable well, as did the refrigerator and the TV. We asked for a night table and have the room cleaned of the smoke smell. The staff they sent was very good. A gentlemen brought up the additional table and the service woman did clean up the room and tried to remove the smoke smell. Kudos to the staff. The staff was very good,

Le lavabo est bouché, le système à carte pour entrer dans la chambre est sois disant en panne!? Le nettoyage des WC était douteux.

Esta en un área de no fumar, el cuarto olía a cigarro 4 colillas en el lava manos, demasiado sucio

Mucho ruido y no respetan el horario de entrada

Mal servicio no hay internet asqueroso

The room wasn't ready till 445 even though it said check in at 3:00pm. WE went to the kiddy pool/ hot tub there is no hot tub. Beds are very hard and the room was very run down. People that looked like they were to high to move sat outside a room right down from mine for hours and didn't move except to smoke something. Walked out my door and some guy was in front of my door wouldn't move and asked me a bunch of questions in Spanish. I was scared and the way the people acted in the office was very bad these people were upset they couldnt check in and they didnt care. HORRIBLE PLACE!

Well... if you only need a bed and a roof over your head at a low price, this is the place. Don't expect much else. I was there for a week and never got maid service. Walls are thin so noise from neighboring rooms is easily heard. Doors connecting rooms are literally taped shut. Room smelled like a litter box on arrival but it went away by the next day. The area is pretty sketchy but they do have a guard on premises at least. Bathroom needs updating-- cracks in the walls and tile. You can't beat the price, but you get what you pay for.

I couldn’t stay in the room. We walked in and it smelled like a horse stable..We left and paid an arm and a leg to stay elsewhere . Worst hotel room I’ve ever seen. They should be reported !

The room was dirty hadn’t been,sweeped the door wouldn’t lock no batteries in remote dirty towel in the rest room

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When I booked it, I knew it wasn’t top-of-the-line, but it’s way worse than what’s listed. Filthy dirty. seems to be a homeless hotel. Not only are they living in the rooms but they’re living all around the parking lot area. Extremely noisy. Did not feel safe at all.
