Best Western Plus Executive Residency Phoenix North Happy Valley

我登記入住的時間比平常晚，櫃檯的女孩很友好，樂於助人。當時已經十點多了，我很累，無法讓我的筆記型電腦連接到無線網路。她提出讓我把它帶到她的前台，但我說服了她，沒有必要再打擾她。第二天的早餐很棒。房間涼爽、安靜，非常舒適。

We had booked a hotel nearby but when we showed up it was the most Murder hotel vibe I had ever encountered. We took an Uber to Best Western and they took us in at 330am after a grueling night of flight delays, closed car rental companies and escaping another hotel. We were exhausted and when we walked into BW, the front desk employee(Matt) was so welcoming and helpful. He solved a booking problem for us and got us a room. Breakfast was delicious with a wide spread of hot and cold food and drinks. The room was clean with great amenities. The lobby is beautiful. We didn't get a chance to use the pool as we left to head back to the airport to figure out the car situation and drive to rhe Grand Canyon. Highly recommend

This location is brand new and still needs finishing touches. This was a last-minute stay and we arrived really tired after midnight. Unfortunately, when we went to our room, we could not get in. The green light came on, so we knew our key worked but the door did not open. We went down to the front desk, and they said we might need to pull the lever handle up instead of down (as lever handles are supposed to work.) That worked and we were able to get into our room. I then verified that the interior handle would work when you pressed down because if it didn't that would have been a safety hazard. Also, the bathtub had no safety bars but had a slippery finish. Once again, I assume that was because the room was not totally finished. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was friendly; however, they did not seem to take our concerns seriously.

We arrive a little after five and stayed for twenty minutes. No front desk personnel were available to check us into our room. See pictures. We returned after dinner to check in. The hotel is nine months old and feels new. Room was well maintained and comfortable. Bathroom mirror was dirty - not clean. Hair dryer did not work. If we could have checked in - maybe a pager to call or cell to call - we would rate higher but the un-availability to check into a paid in advance reservation is a problem.

The staff here is awesome. Matthew today checked us in promptly and was friendly and helpful. Our room is spacious and beyond expectation. I love the accessible office area and the gym looks inviting.

I usually enjoy my stay at this hotel but my room had no hot water for a morning shower. The front desk girl, while meaning well, tried to explain to me how to use the shower handle. I thanked her and also explained no hot water in sink either.

Check in was super easy, the front desk was helpful and informative. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Also located really close to local dining and the movies. Perfect for a quick overnight stay with a little entertainment for the family.

I’ve already written two reviews, what else is there to say? Maybe loved this place and their staff, I booked two night more than I planned.

This place is very beautiful when you walk in. Erelli was sweet and extremely helpful. The room was extra large and comfortable.
