We LOVE this resort! My family and I did an exchange into this resort 3 years ago during our relocation and house hunting adventure. This one made the list as a family favorite. We love the 2 bedrooms because they offer 2 twin beds in the 2nd room and a 1 car garage. The pool also has a nice area for small children to splash about while the adults can lounge in the one of the pools or the hot tubs. Last month, I did an exchange as a sweetheart staycation, and it did not disappoint. We love the mountain views from our balcony. The area is so tranquil and serene. Highly recommend this resort!

When you book through RCI the resort provides pictures of rooms with two beds in the second bedroom. These rooms are NOT available to exchange members even when the resort is completely empty. They only give you the run down dirty rooms. There was a pile of garbage outside our door on check in, food bits on the floor, and broken glass on the carpet and kitchen floor. Our socks were black with dirt after five minutes in the unit. The staff is friendly and tries to help and the bed was fine and we slept okay. While we’re were travelling we got a call purporting to be from the resort staff asking us which room we would prefer. I indicated that a three bedroom would be ideal (I requested an upgrade when I booked through RCI as a platinum member), but we would be fine in the two bedroom if the second bedroom had two beds (which we emailed to request directly when I booked). Upon arrival I was told by the front desk that the two bedroom style I asked for was never available to RCI members and given a standard two bedroom. The room was gross (see above). The person who had called me pretending to offer a room choice was a timeshare salesperson. Slimy move. We had a similar experience at a Wyndham in Anaheim…they give them trash rooms to RCI owners. Stay away from here. There are lots of options in the phoenix area.

Property was really nice can go hiking for hours if you wanted to. Room was nice. Clean really impressed and that’s where it ends. Not happy with check in. Lady was super slow gave us a room at 12:30 am with someone already in the room so that person wasn’t happy with us. Which I don’t blame them went back to front desk and women kept saying well this isn’t my fault. Ok well this isn’t our fault either. The maintained staff was not friendly at all normally you have staff that will at least waive hi to you these people won’t even make eye contact with you which is odd.
