酒店整體比較舒適，位置也很好，便利交通，房間比較小的那種，價格不算便宜，房間沒有拖鞋，早餐單點現做，味道也不錯，但趕時間就不太合適，整體性價比適中

住的房間大小還行，就是窗户朝另一建築，間隔小，不開燈光線不好。朝向為河景房應該不錯。位置離王宮等景點很近。

服務態度非常差那個會中文的女士那天我定了兩天晚上房間收取了兩天費用，然後平台顯示1天而已，然後我打電話過去溝通沒説兩句她就把我給掛了電話然後怎麼打過去都不理我，太莫名其妙了，因為不是我自己去住我是幫朋友定的房間，我實在沒辦法，我就直接過去酒店找了他們，然後他們調查清楚之後叫我退了¥100給我，就是退了一天的房費因為我定的是12號凌晨入住，然後13號退房，然後到了之後，他非收了我朋友的錢説是要12號12:00才能入住，無奈收取了我朋友100美金，那如果12:00入住的話，13號退房的話，那就是相當於一天呀，他們自己酒店的前台搞錯了

酒店位置比較喧鬧 房間有點小 其他裝修風格別緻 但前台服務人員比較死板 不夠人性化

就在Tonle Sap River旁邊，頂樓的景色非常棒，點一杯cocktail，聽聽音樂，👍！ 房間寬敞，整個酒店很新！推薦入住

位置非常方便。房間很干净。向河观景很舒服 。早歺選擇多而且很美味，歺后見到工作人員非常認真清潔，加分！服务方便更要稱讚，手提網路问题引致我很不方便，前台同事花了很長時间非常耐心幫我解决，所以一定要嘉许他们，很感谢Chhun Ly, 更要特別多谢 Mr Chan 和Mr Saren, 你们令我柬埔寨之行更盡興。此酒店高度推荐给每一位到金边旅游的人。

精品酒店典範邊度，酒店雖然不大，但無論在位置服務及食物達到高標準模式。附近休閒景點及食店也非常之多，舉步可達

酒店位置不錯，離皇宮近，挨着河邊。 服務一般，早餐一般。 房間太小了。

一般，就是圖方便，設施也舊了……打掃衞生的太敷衍了
