Location is superb. Good restaurants with quite a lot of varieties of foods nearby like 2mins walk. Highly recommend Pleng Chan for breakfast. Love their pickels. Also Greek restaurant nearby was great. Queen mansion itself is a clean and safe hotel with hot water (considering some hotels in cambodia has only cold-warm water) but lacking some amenities and some issues were bit disappointing. No slippers, only two towels, dirty bath rug, ants in bathroom, one dead cockroach under a bedside drawer. When I stayed in bigger room, there were ants on the bed too. I had to spend almost 2 hrs in the middle of the night to kill 30 red ants on the mattress and pillow and blanket. I found out theres an ant house behind the bed. But I didnt see ants in smaller room. So don't get the room with kitchen. Its full of ants and the gas stove for cooking doesnt work.

The hotel should check the air-conditioning, it didn't work well.

Prix vraiment abordable. Tres belle chambre. Seul petit point négatif de la chambre que nous avions était qu’il n’y avait pas de porte à la toilette. Par contre, nous avons vu d’autre chambre, car on avait des amis sur place et les chambres ne sont pas tous pareilles, car eux ils avaient une porte leur toilette et meme un sauna dans leur chambre. Pas trop loin du russian market. Super belle piscine sur le toit avec une vue 360 de la ville. Meilleur rapport qualité selon moi pour Phnom Penh, chambres tres propre et super personnel.

Room was huge and CLEAN!!! Love the rooftop pool that comes with 360° city view. Friendly stuff and near to ALL amenities...you name it! It's there. A drinking joint opposite the property that services local & imported beer....must not miss.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Our stay was ruined by the hotel cleaners who rooted through all of our bags to steal our money. When we informed the manager that our money had been stolen they refused to help going as far as to laugh at us and accuse us of loosing the money ourself. When we arrived the room was dirty, the kitchen was poorly equipped not even having any knives. The air conditioning did not work and despite repeated asks to fix it they did not meaning that one of the guests had to sleep on the couch. The washing machine leaked all over the kitchen. One of the glasses was broken when we arrived which we informed the staff of but they still tried to demand we pay for it when leaving. The staff were rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. This horrific hotel ruined our stay in Phnom Penh and I would highly discourage anyone from staying here.
