設施非常齊全。衞生非常乾淨。窗外的環境非常。美麗漂亮，交通特別方便。這裏的服務生非常的有禮貌。無論什麼困難，跟他們求助，一定會幫助的

環境特別好，房間很大很舒服，早晨很豐盛，靠近金邊機場，交通方便，但是沒有飛機起落噪音，適合旅遊度假。已經入住多次了，未來肯定還會繼續入住。

優點： 1.位置優越，貼臨主幹道，距離中央市場非常近，買水果很方便。 2.餐食很好，早餐熱食較多，符合中國飲食習慣。如煮品粉面、炒飯炒麪、油條豆漿、煎蛋培根。雙面煎基本是全熟的。無糖酸奶很醇厚。時令水果新鮮。沙拉能選千島、芝麻、原味三種醬。西點有可頌、巧克力夾心可頌等。 3.中文服務，前台可以説中文。 4.屋內設施齊全，電動窗簾、冰箱、保險櫃。電梯也是刷卡樓層制。 缺點： 1.洗衣房和健身房是樓頂加建的，沒有電梯。 2.洗衣房沒有乾衣機，常住還是有不便。

飯店是新的，位於市中心，有電梯。它很乾淨而且服務很棒。我是會員升級了房間，房間很寬敞。

在那裏最初住了2晚,然後被告知我們不得不呆2周,因爲航班上有陽性病例,甚至不確定是否是這種情況,酒店接待員在宣佈時只是微笑。房間髒,問保潔的時候清潔工要錢!她打掃後還是按我的標準髒的。浴墊是舊灰色的,撕裂,牀單隨着年齡的增長而發黃,我可以應付,但表面的黑色髒是不能接受的。最後不得不自己打掃房間。你必須要求乾淨的毛巾和衛生紙。我們本來應該每天吃3頓飯,他們忘記了前2天的早餐。然後食物在每次都比之前的奇怪時間早:早餐@06:30,午餐@11:00,晚餐@16:30。這是質量差的食物,只是溫暖,午餐可能與午餐一樣送,因爲幾乎冷。食物垃圾在每個門外,在電梯旁,晚上有貓在四處遊蕩,四處散落垃圾。這是有史以來最糟糕的體驗。不要來這家酒店!

頂樓有健身房 洗衣房 還可以吧 房間也挺乾淨的裝修也還行 常住的話跟朋友一起也還可以 位置也方便 出去附近晚上有賣榴蓮的 當然榴蓮不能帶回酒店 自己住的話價格就稍稍高啦 WiFi挺好用的 衞生也乾淨 礦泉水也給到位了 每天下午4.30以前都有人來打掃 也能中文溝通

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

全新的酒店，雖然還有一種氣味，但服務態度及酒店的配套設施10分完善。價錢也相當合理，位置也10分方便，在繁華的中心，絕對值得推薦👍👍

房間跟圖片的基本上是一致的，確實有一些不熟悉的香水味，這邊的香水味確實太濃了，但這個酒店的風景很好，位置去皇宮等等景點都很方便。這邊基本上都是中餐廳。附近應該是有KTV的，如果早睡的人的話，酒店會比較吵。基本上説中文就OK啦。
