Too much noise on the floor. A siren noise consistently pinging off and on.... annoying. Also, some upstairs apartment room m7st have had smoke. Needed to evacuate and standing outside in the cold.

Excellent stay, place was new and clean. Apartment came with a washing machine, a kitchen set and an oven. Toilets were pristine, location was awesome and service was great. Highly satisfied

Not Pet Friendly Firstly we were charged an excessive amount of $100 per stay for our pets and parking fee of $50 on top of the nightly hotel rate. Disturbed twice during our short 1 night stay by 2 very loud evacuation fire alarms ( one in the afternoon and 1 early next morning) both false alarms thankfully but freaked our pets and ourselves out. Resulting in a very disturbed nights stay, not restful at all and we would definitely not consider this as Pet Friendly as advertised. It was the complete opposite. Have asked reception to lodge a complaint with Management and awaiting a reply. Not recommended for travellers with pets.

Initially it was a bit hard to find being tucked away behind another building and I’m still not sure how to access the undercover parking. Room was nice although it wasn’t serviced after our first night. Super quiet!! I still haven’t received our receipt via email yet. Nice and close to the hospital and plenty of breakfast options nearby.
