The location was good I hotel amenities was good but just be mindful of when you do go because they do have a pool and when I went it was a whole lot of kids so wasn’t able to get in that night but got up around 8 and got in it was nice. They had complimentary breakfast it was ok. Overall my stay was good.

Achei interessante o hotel, como a maioria da rede. Porém, o café da manhã foi horroroso. Faltava tudo, o que restava era de pessima qualidade. O estacionamento é confuso e caro. Quando fui estacionar não cabia o Meu carro.

Room layout, overall atmosphere of hotel. hotel layout, parking, airport transportation, breakfast, staff including drivers - all excellent. Do feel that a hotel of this quality (and expense) should have Keurig type coffee makers in the room - coffee provided was low quality, not good. Not hotels fault but rudeness of other guests slamming doors was annoying.

My flight was canceled so i needed to stay at a hotel close to the airport. It turned out to be exactly what I needed after a rough travel day. Serene atmosphere, clean ,and nicely maintained with friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was really good and the free shuttle was a god send. It turned out to be a nice respite from a hectic journey!

We used to love staying at Embassy Suite hotels but they have gone downhill. This one needs a major overhaul. Carpets were stained and dirty, bath sink didn't drain, shower was luke warm. The bed was comfortable and room quiet only positives. Breakfast in the morning not as good as past. It's disappointing. This one is an airport hotel and we only stayed due to canceled flight. We had no luggage and when asked for a toothbrush they didn't have one at reception or to even buy. For the price they need to do much better.

To be honest. The beds are extremely small and uncomfortable. The suite was too hot to sleep in with the door shut, even with the a/c on full @ 60⁰. The pool area needs renovations. You can literally see where they tried to spackle/paint over areas that should've been replaced. The menu prices are absolutely absurd. $26 for a hummus dip appetizer? That's not inflation, that's price gouging using the word "inflation" as your pass. You overpriced your food to give your guest that illusion that its an upscale restaurant. Its not. $25 for parking? Gtfoh, who do you think you are literally nickle and dimeing people out of their money? A parking fee is asinine.

We had to wait over two hours for someone to come and get us from the airport. However, we were redeemed because of your great customer service at the front desk. The rooms are very outdated, and the shower was old with a crack in the ceiling. I have taken some pictures if you would like to see. I feel that if this hotel is near the airport, it should be way cleanlier than what I have seen especially when comparing them to the other Embassy Suites. I am hoping for a better experience than what I got for being a dedicated Hilton member. Thanks

Terrible experience. Lazy front desk staff. Male attendant never offered me the complimentary drinks or welcome bag. Never gave me the WiFi code or parking sign. Assigned us to a dirty room (someone smoked heavily in that room) Called front desk and a lady asked me to come down. Family waiting in the 4th floor with belongings outside, front desk lady asked me to get them down to lobby. Assigned us to another room, keys didn’t work. Went back to the lobby. Should have paid more attention to reviews. This is by far the worst Embassy Suites facility I have stayed ever.

It was a great a stay. The staff were polite, pleasant and helpful. The only thing that pissed me off was paying $25 for parking. Honestly, if i was aware of the parking i wouldn't have booked the hotel. Besides that it was a great stay, loved the breakfast and the omlette. If i was to stay again, i would prepare myself to pay $25 a day for parking. I just wasnt aware of the daily fee

Excellent staff, extremely friendly and helpful! I didn’t like the parking fee. Charging $25 after we paid to stay at Embassy suites is wrong. Even though the staff was excellent the next time I visit Philadelphia I will do better research on non parking fees

Kamari was helpful in suggesting a place to eat. Very nice staff. Grounds outside were nice, parking kiosk did not work and pricey. Interior seemed to need an update but ok.

This was the worst Embassy i have stayed at in terms of cleanliness and decor. It is time for this location to be shut down and renovated. Stains on the seating in the lobby. Furniture that has seen better days with scratches. I did not feel clean at this hotel
