The entire floor including the bathroom was extremely dirty. It was obvious they didn't vacuum the floor. Most of the dirt was visible. I stepped on some nuts in the carpeted area. There was hair on the bedding. There was no hair dryer in the room, even though it was stated on the list of amenities. We asked the front desk/cleaning staff, but they said they weren't able to locate any. Hair conditioner in the pump in the shower was nearly empty. Cleaning cart was in the hallway all the time (day and night). We heard some loud noise like vaccum or polishing the floor from the hallway after 11 pm, which lasted about a half an hour. Breakfast supposed to begin at 6 am but they didn't even start to get items ready until 6:25 am. There was no variety of food/drinks (no fruits and the only tea they had was Lipton black tea). Tesla EV charger was inoperable. We were very disappointed with this hotel.

Hotel indigne d'un Hampton Inn. Matelas divan lit très sale, évier de la salle de bain bouché et odeur d'humidité dans la chambre. De plus déjeuner vraiment pauvre et pas très bon, crêpe granuleuse et oeuf bouilli trempe dans l'eau. Vraiment déçue.

Ankunft nach Mitternacht. Keine Begrüssung, kein Augenkontakt. Null Informationen. Null Kommunikation. Zimmerkarten funktionierten nicht. Keine Begründung… Zimmer abgenutzt, Klimaanlage nicht einstellbar. Positiv: Shuttlefahrer. Flexibel und sehr dienstleistungsorientiert.

Find somewhere else to stay. This place is covered with a layer of grime. I cannot believe it is a Hilton property. The rooms smell of urine and ammonia. The staff is professional but there is never a manager on duty. Rooms are dirty TV doesn’t work Carpets are stained as well as the walls Elevator is filthy Workout room has standing water Ask for another room and it may be worse than the one you’re in DO NOT STAY HERE.

Shade was missing to shut out light into room. Toilet lid was so loose it almost fell off. Whatever they used to clean shower made it so slick that I fell just standing in the shower cutting my hand and landing me on my knee and wrist. When I told the desk agent they didn’t care in the least. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

As a business traveler who is on tje road 50% of the year, this was thw worst Hampton I have ever stayed at. Stained bathtowels, hallway rugs ripped up, no hairdryer, ripped wallpaper and water damaged bathroom floors. Night front desk was rude.

This was the filthiest Hotel I have stayed in. Carpet in the rooms, faded and torn. Furniture in the rooms beat up, scared and gouged and sticky!!! Elevator corners have a pile of dirt. Bathroom light flashes on an off like an old neon sign in a slasher movie. Elevator doors and marred and scratched. Everywhere you went, there was dirt. Wall paper throughout the hallway and lobby shows bubbling up. I'm sure it is scheduled to be remodeled. I hope Hilton is considering this. If not, close it soon. Clean it up... it's disgraceful. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. This is a management and regional issue.

This is probably the worst Hampton Inn experience I have ever had. Although the lobby was recently renovated, the rest of the hotel is tired and in bad need of repair. My room conditions had an old, chipped and rusted tub, torn shower curtain, sink faucet with a very loose handle, peeling paint and a broken security latch. To add to the issue, the LED lighting over the entry way was flashing right outside my window and I felt like I was at a disco and there were no floormats at the entry making for a sloppy and wet floor because it was snowing. Won't be staying here again.

This was my worst Hilton experience ever. The bathroom was broken. Literally. Tiles were shattered, fixtures falling off the walls, sink didn’t work, I could go on. On top of that, when I went to the front desk to complain and show them pictures, they interrupted me and said it didn’t matter. They told me no matter what I said or showed them, it wouldn’t change anything because they are about to close for renovations. Unreal! If I had known the hotel was in that bad of shape, I would never have stayed there. With the attitude they gave me, I won’t stay there even after the renovations. The only bright spot was the airport shuttle which was convenient and responsive.

This is the absolute WORST hotel I have ever stayed. We usually stay at the hotel (Fairfield) across the parking lot but they discontinued their airport shuttle. Since I am also a Hilton Honors member, I assumed this hotel would be ok. IT WAS NOT! Since it was late at night, and we needed to be at the airport at 4:30 am, we checked in. First mistake. The first hint should have been the lobby that was absolutely filthy and smelled like garbage since there was an open trash can near the elevators, only one of which was working. Room on 2nd floor, got off elevator to ripped carpet, trash in hallways. Room, stained carpet, smoke alarm/fire detector DETACHED and hanging from the ceiling, no working TV or refrigerator, carpets so stained and disgusting that I didnt take my shoes off until I was on the bed, after I checked it for bed bugs. The worst part, there was ZERO hot water. NONE! So after barely showering, arrived at airport and directly to a meeting without a proper shower. The hotel management standard response was the hotel was under renovations. This is absoultley false and the narrative is created to keep Hilton at bay. I called and emailed Hilton customer service and they were reluctant to give me any credit until I emailed the photos I had taken and theartened to call the City of PHL license and inspections. This place is worse than a dump. Under no circumstances should you stay here. I suspect any "good" review on Trip advisor is a manufactured review by management.

I've stayed at this Hampton Inn several times in the past for quick overnight stays when I need a place to just flop for a few hours. Never was this one of the nicer places in the Hilton Hampton Inn portfolio, but it was tolerable. Not anymore! What an embarrassment for Hilton! 1. I arrived at the room to find wood chiseled away around the lock on the outside of the door facing the hallway. Inside, once locked, the door remained loose so I put a chair against it for some security. 2. The bathroom was filthy. The floor was not clean. There was hair in the tub. The sink drain was slow. I don't know about the tub drain because I wasn't about to take a shower. 3. The work desk was spotted like something had been splashed about. Obviously it had not been cleaned, or even wiped! 4. I opened the mini-fridge to find 3 half-filled drinks and an open bag of cheese cubes left from someone's previous stay. Are you kidding me??? 5. Air conditioning or heat didn't seem to make a difference. The fan was weak, so air circulation was poor and the room was stuffy. It looked like all the cleaning crew did was empty the trash and make the beds. I was hoping the sheets were fresh, but who knows?! The one saving grace from the room vantage point was a view of the parking lot from the window showing stacks of mattresses in the rain. My assumption is someone has a little initiative to replace mattresses. It's a start, I guess. In the morning I 'enjoyed' coffee that was luke warm at best (another disappointment). Needless to say, this Hampton Inn isn't even fit to just flop for a few hours of sleep. A tent may have been a better choice. At least I would have known it was clean! I've stayed at Hilton properties up and down the coast including several Hamptons and I think this is the first time I ever felt it was necessary to leave a bad review. Do better Hilton!
