Had a wonderful long weekend in Philly to enjoy some soccer. Philly is a beautiful city, totally walkable, and so many wonderful things to do and see. The hotel was in the perfect location, close to all the major attractions and tucked away from the hustle and bustle, that allowed us to see parts of Philly we may not of seen. Quite and very comfortable rooms, best nights sleep. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Nice and clean. No front desk to take and hold luggage so only concern was the lack of lockers for storing luggage given the number of rooms. Our train back to New York was at 4pm so if all the lockers are taken up when checking out in the morning then we would be stuck with our bags for the day.

Really enjoyed my stay at Sonder, the Arco. It's in a really cute area of Philadelphia that was close enough to major attractions such as the convention center and Reading Market (about a half mile away) with also near a lot of really cute restaurants and bars. The place was quiet and safe and the room was modern, comfortable, and clean. I only knocked it down on service because there really aren't any services that one might expect if staying at a hotel (this is an apartment style stay) but email communication about check in and check out were great.

Very clean room!!! Upgraded inside. Very old outside and no parking available so struggled a bit to find parking. No staff at all at the hotel! So if you have a question, problem or you need anything, there will be no immediate help. There should be at least one staff member to talk to.

Unfortunately the Arco is style over substance. It’s a basic hotel, 2* max, but tries to compete with the style, fun, and convenience of an Airbnb. Put simply, the room was not clean, layers of dust. And particularly noisey. After enquiring, of course through email, because there is no attendants, no text responses; ear plugs were offered. But the response time is 24 hours +. So receiving ear plugs and responses after 48 hours in the property is pointless. Broken lockers for luggage, and countless number of people having difficulties checking-in and loitering in the common area. Well located and with some improvements in management, hygiene, and some thoughtfulness this could be a nice hotel. At time of writing - no response from Sonder about these issues.

The property was nice, modern, clean and well located. Unfortunately we had 7 *SEVEN* fire alarms through the night, starting at 3:30 AM up until 8:00AM when we left. Security people came to the site but were unable to fix the problem. We had important things to do the following morning so the experience of waking up at 3:30 and the inability to sleep afterwards was very inconvenient.

Convenient, comfortable, clean, affordable. I personally prefer this self-service model. Although I did not use it, I loved having the option to store luggage for a while before checking in and after checking out. From now on any time I travel I will see whether there is a Sonder option in the area I'm going to.
