Philadelphia Getaway We had a last minute change of our accommodations, Rae was lovely and very welcoming! It was in our price range that we wanted as we were there for a music festival in Mayanuk. Was accessible to various areas of Philadelphia.

Location did not feel.safe - went to hotel! Drove up and my husband said we are not staying here - it is not a safe area. It was a noisy busy street in a rough area. We are from Atlanta so we know safe vs not safe. I notified the host that we wouldnt be staying for this reason. I only received automated messages. She finally messaged to say no refund of any type and she wouldnt be threatened by my leaving a bad review. Wow what a crappy way to treat a customer who paid 100% up front. Ive rented a LOT of placed with zero problem ever. This was a nightmare. Plenty of nice places to stay in N Philly. AVOID THIS ONE!

Convenient Get Away The property was clean, comfortable and very convenient to all the places I needed to get to. I stayed for a week and it felt like home (the only issue I had were loud neighbors) The host was apologetic...I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area, and hope the noise issue will be resolved.
