Spacious room and very comfortable.

We love visiting Philadelphia, mainly for the cheesesteaks! This time we took a trip to the zoo. The property was walking distance to our excursion and close to grocery and pharmacy (and cheesesteaks) for any incidental needs. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Check-in was a breeze. Parking was always available. The building was secure and the amenities were fun to enjoy. The rooftop was a breath of fresh air and a beautiful view of the town. The game room was perfect for some impromptu family fun. The apartment itself was stylish, clean and super comfortable with all the extras you need for a home away from home at the right price. When we’re itching for an authentic cheesesteak road trip to Philly, we’ll be staying here again!

My fiance and I had a comforting experience. The place was very clean and organized. It felt nice to come back to something that was relaxing after a day of site seeing. Communication was clear, fast, and thorough. I would love to stay here again one day.

The apartment itself was very nicely decorated, clean, and a beautiful space overall. However, we did run into an issue with the hot water. The shower knobs take a little time to figure out, and we later learned from the host that the unit has a small water heater, which can run out quickly. When this happens, it can take up to 45 minutes for the water to heat back up. Since the space has two double beds and can accommodate multiple guests, this could be inconvenient if several people need to shower back-to-back. Otherwise, the apartment was lovely.

A Seamless Stay at Storehouse Lofts was Perfection from Start to Finish! From the moment I arrived at Storehouse Lofts, I knew I was in for something special. The space itself was stunning and thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of industrial charm and modern comfort. High ceilings, exposed brick, and curated decor created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and welcoming. Also having a free indoor parking space was great. But what truly set this experience apart was the customer service. Every interaction from booking to check-out was handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff anticipated needs before I even voiced them, and their attention to detail made me feel like a VIP guest throughout my stay. Whether it was the spotless cleanliness, the lightning-fast responses to questions, or the personalized touches that made the loft feel like home, Storehouse Lofts delivered excellence on every level. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable, hassle-free stay with top-tier service. Storehouse Lofts isn’t just a place to stay but it’s an experience worth savoring.

It was great to retreat back to my loft on a crazy day. It’s a beautiful place

Our stay at the Storehouse Lofts back in June was nothing short of delightful. The space was huge and set up very comfortably. It was super clean: in fact, I had called ahead to learn whether artificial air fresheners or scented products were used, because I have rather severe asthma. The owner reassured me, and even took extra measures to contact the cleaners. She was so pleasant to work with, as were the front desk staff. The kitchen was very well equipped (thank you) and coffee downstairs at the bagel shop. There is parking, the building and neighborhood are only a short uber ride from everything, the rooftop deck is beyond stunning, and we are grateful for the experience (so much that we extended our stay)!

This space looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and parking was very easy. The area is safe and walkable. Only tip is to bring your own washcloth. They only stock hand and body towls.
