The Staff was very, very Friendly. Addy and T made sure we had a very enjoyable stay; the Rooms were top quality with large and comfortable beds and a large balcony with Dream-like views. And yes, it looks like the pictures, unlike some other hotels on Phi Phi. The Location of this hotel is very good as well, being very close to all the interesting areas of the village on Phi Phi island, with no noise at night despite that. There is a range of amazing and great value breakfast spots and restaurants nearby, only a couple minutes on foot away, some of them only 1 minute away. Most of them serve lunch and dinner too. It was clean and everything was brand new, of course, since they just opened. As the very first guests to ever check into this hotel, I and my Fiancée can happily recommend it. It is a great place to stay.

I love this hotel it’s brand new everything is super clean and the staff is adorable very helpful. My room was having a beautiful view on the pier it was so cool to relax in the evening watching the activity . It was not noisy , the room was very pleasant the bed was ultra confortable , breakable downstairs had a lot of choice. The location was very practical to go anywhere on the island ! Maya at reception was super nice and everyone else , it’s the place to be !!! :)

โชคดีมาก ตอนที่เราจองโรงแรมพี่งเปิด ไม่ถึง 5 วัน ห้องสวยมาก เตียงนุ่มทุกอย่างใหม่กริป ที่ดีไปกว่านั้น 7-11 อยุ่ชั้นล่างหาของกินฉ่ำๆๆ ชอบสุดคือ พนักงานพูดหวานมาก "จะพุดว่าหน้าโหด แต่อยุ่ในโหมด คิตตี้ก็ได้ 5555" โดยรวมคือ love love love

This is my second visit to Phi Phi Island. After walking about 2 minutes from the pier, I came across a newly opened hotel called "Phi Phi at Pier." I went in to ask about the rates and requested to see the rooms. The general manager took me to see a room, and as soon as the door opened to a stunning sea view, I immediately decided to book without hesitation. All the room amenities are brand new, the decor is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Phi Phi Island.

Super location so nice people clean rooms , workers were so nice to us , they are really helpful , we enjoyed while staying and its exactly near of a pier so u dont need to walk with your bags inside of the island in hot weather , ı recommed it ..👍🏻

ห้องนอนสวยมาก บรรยากาศดีมาก ไม่วุ่นวาย ไม่เสียงดัง อยู่ใกล้ท่าเรือ เดินทางสะดวก เฟอร์นิเจอร์ทุกอย่างใหม่ ราคาจับต้องได้ ไม่แพงมากเกินไป พนักงานทุกคนน่ารัก เป็นกันเอง ร้านอาหารของโรงแรมก็อร่อย มีหลาบเมนูมาก 🏝️🌊❤️
