富海是我和我的妻子已經去過那裏20年了。現在,帶3個女兒去,感覺仍然像第一天一樣,我和我的妻子真的很喜歡這個地方,因爲它總是給我一種舒適的感覺,現在有很多新度假村,我去過很多地方,但仍然愛每個富海。也許是因爲那是我的VC留下了很多回憶的地方。我剛回來,但是下週我會再來1

讓人放鬆的好環境,貼心小服務處處顯見，是個渡假放空好地方 our group from Taiwan, the first time we visit Mui Ne, the staff is very friendly and helpful , there are many options in breakfast , we really satisfied with the full body massage . There are one staff can speak Chinese in reception.

體驗感很好，首先很感謝酒店前台姐姐，兒子肚子痛嘔吐需要去診所就醫，前台姐姐主動陪同一起，並在孩子病情穩定後才回去工作，真的很感謝，其次酒店整體工作人員的素養很高，路過碰到，每位工作人員都會主動微笑熱情招呼，下雨會主動將自己的雨傘遞給客人。

Last week, we had a trip to Mui Ne, Phan Thiet and tried this hotel. We book a deluxe connected room for whole familly ( 4 adults and 2 kids), the hotel is nice and welcome us. We got a beautiful ocean view from our room. Staff very friendly. Suggest this hotel to all you guys, try it!

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel was beautiful and breakfast was amazing. We didn’t know the weather is so windy in december/january, but we still loved it. The staff is very helpful, the receptionist Anh helped us during checkout. We see some space for improvement ane that is the gym, it’s really small, but the main problem is the non funcioning air conditioning. Yoga in the morning was amazing on the other hand and we would love to come back.

值得推薦的酒店，我們定的臨海的villa，房間夠大，衞生間露天的很空曠，綠化不錯。有酒店的私人海灘，下海非常方便，小孩子們非常喜歡。酒店的Spa也非常不錯，能讓人感到放鬆，雖然價格比外面貴一些，但是環境也比外面街道的舒服。酒店早餐一般，可選擇的種類不算多，但是能吃飽。游泳池有兩個，有一個屬於成人專屬的，可以避免小孩們打擾安靜的休息。美中不足的是房間裏可能出現一些小蟲子，但整體不受影響。

We booked a family room (two spacious bedrooms and one living room) for two nights in December 2023. What was good: - The resort is okay in itself with all the standard facilities expected. - the swimming pool is nice. - the landscaping is pleasant. The resort was nicely decked up for Christmas. Spreading the holiday and festive mood. - sea view is nice. We spent some hours just relaxing in the beach bar What can be improved: - There are few shortcomings that render this place not worth the money I paid. - Guests were smoking away on all the lounge chairs around the pool and at the beach bar. - The beach is very small and guests were being told not to go in the sea. There were no water sports on offer. - Breakfast was so so. The bakery section was really sub-par with bread not looking fresh. - the family room , being the largest set of rooms in the entire resort, did not have a balcony. Nor was it having a sea or pool view - There was a gym that was very sub-par. - At the time of check-in, I had paid for my whole stay but was asked to give a VND 1m deposit for any expenses! Haven’t had this bizarre experience anywhere before in my life 😀

這家小型精品度假村的優質服務、美食和舒適度超出了我們的預期。游泳池俯瞰著美麗的海灣，很吸引人，乾淨而且維護得很好。我們的房間寬敞而且非常乾淨，包括我們需要的所有設施。抵達後，我們受到了美麗、微笑的工作人員的歡迎，他們用英語交談得很好。我們住的5天裡他們把我們照顧得很好。按摩很棒而且便宜，食物很美味，服務也很棒。這個地方值得讚揚的是令人愉快和熱情的工作人員。一個（大）缺點是海灘無法使用。最近的風暴造成的嚴重破壞和侵蝕意味著他們必須安裝那些難看的巨大沙袋來重建海灘。重建工作非常吵鬧，斷斷續續地分散了幾天的注意力，但是工作人員非常抱歉，而且工作需要快速完成，所以這超出了他們的控制範圍。我覺得我們應該得到預先警告，並可以選擇搬到另一個度假村。但這並沒有改變我們在度假村度過的美好輕鬆的時光。

飯店房間很漂亮。酒店有一個私人海灘，不幸的是有垃圾，所以我不能游泳。海灘區很適合放鬆一整天。飯店還有一個溫水游泳池，這很不錯，因為我去的時候越南有點冷。如果你想玩沙丘，這個位置真的很糟糕。太遠了，你最終要支付太多的交通費。早餐還可以，有各種各樣的菜餚。咖啡需要升級。接待人員不是很友善或熱情。總的來說，住宿體驗很好。
