Pas de gel douche ni de shampoing, ne rend pas service quand on leur demande. Un peu déçue. Piscine extérieur en travaux

Pokój duży, ładny typu studio, toster, czajnik, mikrofala, płaskie talerze i sztućce, bez garnków i misek. Podłoga nie posprzatana, ręczniki brudne,więc wycieralismy się swoimi, woda zimna. Podobnie w jakuzi zimna woda. Za to piękny basen podgrzewany i fajna siłownia. Śniadania bardzo ubogie, w ekspresie zimna kawa. Mało tego, to ostatniego dnia Pani w ogóle nie przyszla, żeby zrobić nam śniadanie, czekaliśmy 15 min i musieliśmy jechać głodni na lotnisko.

Arrived just after midnight due to delayed flight and was met by a lovely polite man who was expecting us, he showed us up to our room and opened the mini shop so we could get milk for a drink. Room was spacious with bedroom and bathroom. There was three of us travelling (2 adults and a teen) girls break. Everywhere was clean and tidy, beds we’re comfortable (I was concerned as I have disabilities) bedding all lovely and clean. I asked for extra pillows and they appeared while we were out, rooms were cleaned daily by a lovely polite lady. The loo seat came adrift and was replaced immediately and the fridge seal went, new fridge installed within an hour. Could not ask for better staff or customer care. Everything was dealt with straight away, just things that can happen at any time and impossible to predict. Pools were clean and beautiful, we looked in the saunavandcchanging rooms all looks really good. Dining room, lounge, bar and patio all in good clean condition. We are going back every year we loved it so much. If we had to pick fault we would say the kitchen units are dated and could do with at least the doors and draw fronts replacing but this is being picky. We had problems with our return flights and one gentleman spent hours trying to help me, bless him. All the staff made us feel very welcome and had time for a chat, so lovely.

Unfortunately this place was not good at all.. i was working over here in Cyprus for a few weeks and for my final 4 nights i needed somewhere cheap to stay so i found the poanareti and i suppose its true.. you get what you pay for. i initially paid for had booked but i got a refund on that as the food looked mildly average with no selection what so ever so i opted to eat out instead. (still awaiting that refund to clear currently) anyway getting down the rooms this is where it all drops. on our first given rooms i took 1 look and was just shocked. dark and dingy rooms! a bed which the height comes up my shins if that.. (basically a mattress on the floor i would class it as( the mattress is just ridiculous! at least 25 years old if not more. springs sticking out and digging into your back, squeaks overtime you move. i asked to move rooms which they showed me a few but they where all the same. if you have every stayed here you would know what i mean! after agreeing on a room even though their was no change with the bed i just had to go with it. your laying in dusty and infested blood stained sheets which will irritate your skin during your stay.. this really is the most uncomfortable i have been with any hotel stay and with someone who suffers with back problems this is really not good! going on with the dark and dingy rooms your basically showering in the dark too! with a bathroom light with as much light as a match stick the moment you close their dirty and ripped shower curtain you are in pitch black and you will dry yourself with sandpaper like towels with rips in.. and again this was the same with every rooms i viewed on my request to change rooms so it wasn't as if i had the bad luck of rooms. honestly if your looking at staying here i recommend you pay the extra 20 euro a night and actually find a hotel with clean rooms and that you will be comfortable in.

Μας έκλεψαν στις 29/6 το βράδυ ενώ κοιμόμασταν.το υπνοδωμάτιο ηταν ξεχωριστό δωμάτιο απο το σαλόνι. Μπηκανε πολυ αθορυβα . Τα lockers του δωματίου δεν δουλευαν καν! Ξυπνήσαμε το πρωί και ανακαλύψαμε ότι τα πορτοφόλια μας ήταν άδεια.και μας κλεψανε και τα χρυσαφικά μας! Όπως είπαμε στη μάνατζερ (γυναίκα πολύ αγενής) τι συνέβη, μας φώναζε με απαισιο τρόπο λέγοντάς μας μην πείτε ότι σας έκλεψαν επειδή οι πελάτες μπορούσαν να το ακούσουν και να αναστατωθουν. Δεν την ενδιέφερε πραγματικά να μας επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα ή κάτι άλλο, αλλά για οτιδήποτε άλλο. Όπως είδα επίσης πολλές καθαρίστριες, πήγαιναν γύρω από το διαμέρισμά μας, αλλά δεν έχουν καν κάμερα για να βρουν τους κλέφτες. Σας συνιστώ να μην πάτε ποτέ εκεί γιατί είναι ένα αντιεπαγγελματικό και μη ασφαλές περιβάλλον! Panareti Royal Coral Bay

Sejour en févier, basse saison. En été il doit y avoir du bruit car les chambres sont mal isolés.

Literally just landed back in the UK and after reading alot of negative stuff I felt I needed to put something. Yes in parts the hotel does need a bit of tlc and from speaking to other guest back to its glory days but in general me and my two kids had a brilliant stay here. We were put in the bottom floor pool side view, room was more than good enough with ac and living space. Pool was a big tick with us, one thing needs abit of a deep clean but was safe to swim. Would love to see some sort of entertainment at nights, breakfast was probably the only low point as me asn the kids love a proper English breakfast with loads of fruit, hams and cheese etc. The staff were amazing and super friendly with all of us, and with that I'd happily stay there again !! Oh you definitely need a car though to get to the main ***** of bars and restaurants. See you guys next year

THIEVES. I forgot money in a drawer and 30 minutes after checking out I realized it, when I spoke to the hotel recepcionist to let them know I would go to pick it up they told me I had not forgotten anything, that I had lost it when I left the hotel. Obviously they kept my money.
