A Hidden Gem – Truly a Peaceful Escape Chrisenbel Hideaway Retreat is such a serene and peaceful place – a true hidden gem! From the tranquil poolside mornings accompanied by soft music to the delightful touch of freshly baked complimentary bread, everything about this retreat feels warm and personal. The owner stops by every morning to greet guests, which is such a thoughtful and rare gesture these days. It really sets the tone for the welcoming and homely atmosphere of the place. A special shout-out to Anwar, who was incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly – the service here is truly top notch. This retreat deserves far more recognition. If you’re looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay, this is the place!

The space is really comfy and the whole concept is great — it has a super relaxing vibe. Just a few things that could be improved: -The bathroom door doesn’t stay open, which can be a bit annoying -Will be great if there is full-length mirror in the room or at the common area - The glass door lock gets stuck sometimes and is hard to open - Would be nice if the gate had a keypad lock, so we don’t have to call someone to open it every time - We also saw a small cockroach in the bathroom at night and again the next morning Overall still a nice stay, just a few details that could make it even better!

It's a private Bangalow turned Airbnb type stay. Overall is good, but more details need to take care, like toilet amenities and others amenities. The access control should be improved. The morning bread is some plus point.

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the environment gave off beautiful Bali vibes. I truly appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival. The only thing that could make the stay even better would be having a mirror in the room, as it was a little inconvenient to go to the bathroom for makeup. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely return!

Stayed here for a short solo trip and overall, the place has a lot of charm. The atmosphere is calming and peaceful, and the surrounding environment gave off relaxing, serene vibes that I really appreciated. The place was also generally clean, which is always a plus. Not forgetting the warm hospitality from the housekeeper which made me feel right at home! That said, as a female solo traveller, I did have some concerns. There was no secure lock from the inside, which made me feel quite paranoid. On top of that, the toilet was open-air, which, while aesthetically interesting, didn’t offer enough privacy - especially considering there was a ladder outside due to ongoing renovations. Another downside was the mosquitoes, making things a bit uncomfortable.

Highly recommend the stay! From the moment we booked the stay until we left , the communication and everything went so smoothly and when we ordered grab or whenever we wanna go out the staff always stand by! Love it The accommodation so clean, smell good and the bed and mattress feel like home
