錫耶納省寵物友善飯店

這是一次美妙的住宿。 贊成: *房間非常寬敞,景色很美 *早餐很好,有很多選擇,但工作日到上午10點。而且他們真的在上午10點開始帶走所有的食物。 就在市中心,你可以走到任何地方 *結賬後他們保管好你的行李箱。我問他們那天晚些時候我能不能回來取,他們很好,還保存着。 反對 *房間裏沒有咖啡機。不過他們確實有冰箱。 *房間裏沒有熨斗,但他們有熨衣室 *沒有停車場,但沿街有免費停車場,步行8分鐘。我在10.30pm很容易找到停車位

後院可以看日出。房間據説是菲拉格慕設計的。床品確實非常舒適。酒店在山上，上山和下山的路都是土路，不太好開。酒店內有兩家餐廳，一喝酒莊，品酒140歐，兩個小時左右，酒莊賣的酒價格都偏高。

We holidayed here for a week & stayed at this hotel ideal for touring around beautiful Tuscany. We picked up our hire car at Pisa airport & were very pleased that the hotel had plenty of secure parking in their new car park. Our room was a junior suite, spacious, comfortable & within the room rate we had free use of the hotels spa. Although this was bookable there was no problem getting a session that suited us & enjoyed the sauna, Turkish steam room & hydra therapy pool. Continental breakfast was included in our room rate with plenty of choice & enjoyed in pleasant surroundings. Outdoor pool & seating area was wonderful. Enjoyed relaxing there during the hot afternoons. Very pleasant bar area with excellent staff. Fabrizio always welcomed you with a smile, was attentive getting our drinks & snacks & could always recommend a local restaurant for our evening meal. We had a relaxing & comfortable stay thorough enjoyed walking around Colle di Val d’Elsa & exploring Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza & Monteriggioni. Plenty of choice of restaurants serving delicious food & wine in Colle di Val D’Elsa all walking distance from the hotel.

We will not be returning. The food was lackluster, spas felt dirty, and the beds exceedingly uncomfortable. I am not someone with back issues and I got tremendous back pain- we had to leave early and they refused to reimburse. I was never offered to speak with a manager nor did they change the bed topper and mattress which was promised to be changed, nothing was done- both of which they cited they did and therefore would not reimburse. A mediocre resort way overpriced. “Thermal pools” like Luke warm bath water.

非常棒的酒店，真正的五星級酒店服務檔次，每個細節都精緻高檔。好的就不多說了，如果去選擇這家絕對沒錯，你就置身歷史的記錄之中。說下不足吧，我們自駕去的，需要提前和酒店聯繫，會給你一個GPS地址，按照這個導航才能到達酒店。酒店幫忙停車是45歐一天，小貴的！其他一切都滿意！

The website is accurate, it ”should” be relaxing and an amazing getaway, unless 90% of the resort is booked with a large loud wedding. Had we known prior to arriving that our 2 night very expensive stay would be barely able to get service the first night because of the wedding guests that proceeded to party well into the night and we were awake listening to them fighting in the middle of the night after they finally finished taking over the bar, lounge and anywhere else they could be. The following night, the actual wedding day, was listening to the DJ doing announcements and playing loud music while trying to go to sleep around midnight. it was anything BUT what we expected our Tuscan adventure (first time ever to italy and we are in our late 50's) to be. We BARELY slept both nights because of the wedding guests. Wanted to talk to someone when we checked out however all staff were so busy with the wedding guests we had to find someone to tell them we were leaving. Our dinner, the Florentine steak, was also nowhere near what we expected and interestingly enough we saw 2 other tables besides ourselves send it back. Again something we couldn't wait to experience and just not what we thought we would get. We booked this trip almost a year out and it was supposed to be the highlight of our 6 weeks, instead it was just an awful experience. Have never looked so forward to a stay and been so incredibly disappointed. As soon as the staff realized we were not with the ”group” we were almost ignored. It was very clear that the bride and her guests was all they were interested in. Came home feeling devastated listening to our friends stay in Tuscany that was exactly what you would have expected. The wedding itself, was absolutely stunning so if you are ever looking for a wedding location would highly recommend as they got fantastic service.
