"Beautiful hotel, centrally located in Pertisau, 5mins walk from the lake, 7-8mins from the centre and the boat landing stage, 5mins from the Karwendel cable car. Bonus, for Chalet School book fans, it overlooks the Alpenhof Hotel, thought to be the location of the Chalet School series by Elinor M Brent-Dyer. The hotels staff couldn't do enough for us, the manager even drove us down to Jenbach when we ordered a taxi. The waitresses, all in Tyrolean dress, were delightful. The rooms were spotlessly clean. My single was upgraded to a beautiful double with a balcony overlooking the mountains and a side window with a view towards the lake. The food was gorgeous. Beautiful continental style breakfast, soup at lunchtime which we only used once because we were out so much, free cake available in the afternoons, and a 3 course meal in the evening, all of which were gorgeous (meat, fish and vegetarian option available each evening). We had a gala dinner of 6 courses the night before we left. The manager Florian was lovely and answered all our questions about Pertisau, and we explained the Chalet School and the importance of Pertisau to him. There was a well-appointed gym that my friend used, an amazing children's play and exercise facilities, and a beautiful pool (indoor to outdoor) and an amazing water massage bed (20 euro, but well worth it). Highly recommend for couples, friends or families."

"It is always nice to have a holiday or short break in this hotel. It's pure pampering. Beautiful location with clean rooms and a top kitchen. The staff is also very friendly. Dinner is a true experience with a nice glass of wine. You will not be short of anything for breakfast."

"Wonderful, relaxing days, we were allowed to spend in the apartment wishing place in the sea berg at Achensee. Modern atmosphere does not open any wishes. Great private spa hot pot and the infrared cabin for total relaxation. As we had a beautiful weather again, you could enjoy the peace outdoor at night and every evening at 18.00 you hear the Ave Maria from the nearby church. Even in the well equipped kitchen you can find everything if you want to cook. The bathroom is large, with accessible shower, bathtub and Aqua-Clean WC. The days were too fast! The seaberg is always worth a trip and at last we have received a travel supplier from the hearty host, thank you again!"
