我們喜歡住在這裏,一切都很棒,但我們昨晚住了,他們有微波爐在你的房間裏,但沒有。盤子或餐具和冰!當我們新冠病毒的時候,酒店停止做冰,我們可以帶回來冰嗎,有些人在酒店住宿時喜歡用冰飲料,錯過冰😁 否則,愛這個地方!

強烈推薦這個場地。樂於助人的員工問候,他們竭盡全力讓你舒適。對他們來說沒有什麼太難了。非常乾淨的房間,牀單很脆。完美煮熟,並贈送了各種各樣的早餐。

在這裏住了3晚,從英國長途航班到達。入住沒問題,房間按要求安靜。酒店後面正在進行一些建築工作,但晚上沒有什麼打擾我。房間很乾淨,有短暫停留所需的一切。走廊和房間地毯可以更換,但我想這是過去幾年後的一大支出。早餐足夠了,有很多選擇。熱自助餐都很新鮮,經常補充。餐廳的年輕人(對不起,我不知道你的名字),非常樂於助人,很有禮貌。前台爲我預訂了非常早的機場出租車,在出發的早晨,我確信我安全地進入了出租車。作爲一個單獨的女性旅行者,這樣的小細節意味着很多。如果我再次訪問珀斯,我一定會回來的

My wife & I had a wonderful staycation last week, from start to end the service both friendly and impeccable. At check-in my Ambassador level was well acknowledged. Our room was clean, comfortable, very quiet, modern, and well appointed. Breakfast at the Hotel's ground floor restaurant, Ivy & Jack, was excellent overall, great service too. However, my wife felt more asian breakfast food would be good, think noodles and cooked asian vegetables with the Fried Rice being vegetarian rather than containing meat. Can well recommend the hotel and it's location.

Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

這看起不是一間正式的酒店，更像一間民宿，酒店門面大堂在裝修，地面鋪了紙板， 在ctrip 訂的是33平方米的大床房但肯定只有20 多平米，酒店網站都沒有33 平方米的房。房間很大還有陽台，對面是有歷史的教堂醫院，景色優美，工作人員很有禮貌樂於幫忙。缺點： 浴室雖然很乾淨但很舊，沒有手提花灑頭，卻沒有浴帽提供，因為第一天很晚才到，被迫洗頭，很不方便。我房子的熱手花灑頭滴水須很用力才能關緊，冷手喉嚨開關鬏脫，已告知房管和接待處但五天後直到退房還未處理。房間一大早聽到浴室水流聲，隔音不好. 旁邊的Mercure Perth 比這間 Mercure Perth On Hay 好多了，房價只是貴一點點。

We found this hotel so opulent and beautiful. Pure class and exceptional service from the minute we pulled up for valet parking. We ate lunch in the stunning Firewater Grille. The menu choices, wine selection and service was truly first class. The meals were cooked to perfection. Hubby had a rack of lamb and I had fish of the day. We were advised our room (Junior Club Suite) was ready and were pleasantly surprised on entering at how spacious it was. The TV was much larger than we expected, the pillows on the beds were some of the best we have ever experienced and the bed itself was very comfortable. The views from our room were beautiful overlooking the Swan River over to South Perth. The night views were stunning with all the lights flickering. We had Club access which was also perfect for us. We spent almost two hours there at a window table enjoying the lovely night lights, chatting, relaxing and enjoying the very generous selection of canapes, wine and sprits. Again, the service in there was impeccable. Breakfast at the Firewater Grille provided fantastic food options, hot and cold and there was nothing more we could have wanted. The amazing service by staff continued throughout our whole stay. The Duxton Hotel staff are to be commended for their excellent service and attention to detail. I was so impressed. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a short or long stay in this amazing hotel. I guarantee you will be truly spoilt and made to feel special.

酒店鬧中取靜，房間雖然不大，但設計巧妙，設施新，住得他挺舒適的。餐廳衹有早餐，味道還不錯。希望未來可以開晚餐和下午茶，否則這麼好的環境可惜了。

I had a pleasant two-night stay at The Colony. Waking up each morning to the sound of nature and a beautiful balcony was nothing short of a dream. The staff was incredibly remarkable! My flight was at 6pm and I was meant to check out by 10am. However, it was stormy outside and a very thoughtful staff member named Melanie reached out to me and allowed me to extend my checkout time. I am returning to Perth in November and I will look nowhere else but to stay at The Colony again!
