西部探索旅館(Quest West End)

I found the staff member calling me prior to my stay to lecture me on the "rules" of the building quite abrasive. Middle of summer & the cleaning staff turned the air-conditioners off while we were out to breakfast so when we returned to the room it was a sauna. There was a spa in the bathroom but it was VERY loud when operational, you could hear it in the hallway. Additionally it was not easy to get luggage to & into the hotel due to proximity to parking & steps. Whilst the apartment was a good size & in a reasonable location I would not stay here again for the above reasons.

Room (make-up) service was not provided daily, to our surprise. We were told conflicting information by the receptionist (1 told us that room service was provided daily, while another said otherwise), so we were confused. On the last night of our stay, we were provided half-baked make-up room service — while the beds were made up n rubbish in the toilet was cleared, the rubbish in the kitchen area was not cleared and the dirty dishes were left in the sink. Half-hearted room service is not appreciated! Was also expecting a bathtub for our room type that we paid for (assumption based on website), but it seems like this accommodation has no bathtub for all room types.

Room was spacious and clean, well serviced during my stay, in a convenient location but it was like a motor or massive aircon unit was outside my window! Kept thinking it would turn off but it didn’t. Same in all rooms? I doubt it but don’t rent such a room if that’s the case

Bit of outside noise but manageable - made of for by the impressive staff and service. stayed for 2 weeks the suite was cleaned daily to a perfect standard and housekeeping staff always willing to help as was the front of house staff - it is great to walk into a reception area and be greeted by such wonderful cheerful staff..

Fantastic stay as we were given the renovated room and it’s very clean when we first enter. The receptionists are very helpful especially the Korean lady whom I did not know the name. Only issue is towards the end of the stay when I saw one cockroach at the lobby pillar and another one in one of the cabinet in my unit. Other than that, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay there.

Booked a yr ago and on check in was charged current prices, lucky we have the email on costings. Also went to pay cash and was told it was too hard as they would then have to go to the bank to do the banking and it was all too difficult..

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for a week for our wedding. The overall experience was outstanding for the price. We had a couple of issues with our room charges and parking and the staff were very helpful and friendly in resolving the issues. The apartment itself was clean and had been recently refurbished giving it a modern feel. It is in a convenient location being walking distance to cafes restaurants, shops and transport. If you're looking for a comfortable apartment to stay in Perth CBD I would definitely recommend Quest West End.

Our recently renovated apartment was well equipped and serviced daily. We booked our apartment because of its close proximity to the CBD and where our son's wedding reception was. These are both within easy walking distance as are cafes and restaurants. The free CAT bus service stops are also easy walking distance. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The only downside of our experience was the noise that travelled up from the streets at night which I eventually got used to. I would stay again.
