Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

Guest room was very disappointing. It was dirty and did not reflect the pictures on the website at all. There were a number of cockroaches in the room and we didn't want to put our stuff down on the floor. The painting on the wall was ripped/ had a hole in it. The balcony was disgusting. There was no view. The hotel is sorely in need of an upgrade.

We wanted accommodation close to the Arena and this was perfect. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, accessible bathroom, were all great. Shame about the comfort level of the bed and couch. The bed rolled into the middle big time and was very low. The couch was extremely low making it unusable for a person especially with a disability. They had obviously not thought about this aspect of useability only the bathroom to make it an accessible rating. We would stay again but not in that room and we would enquire about the comfort of the furniture.

The breakfast was good and plenty of choice available and the rooms clean but extremely small for twin share with inadequate space for two suitcases, very small bedside tables and very little space to manoeuvre around the room. Would not recommend staying here ... Out of the central CBD location and very few eating places to choose from. Very disappointed!!

During my stay, I lost some of my belongings in the room after the housekeeping service. To make things worse, I discovered that the cleaner had opened my shopping bag and box without my permission and threw them away after finding them empty. This was a clear violation of my privacy, and I was extremely upset by it. To add to my disappointment, the hotel management and staff did not provide any initiative solutions to rectify the situation. Furthermore, I did not receive any apology from the beginning of the incident until I left, and it was clear that the hotel management did not show any responsibility or care towards me as a customer. They kept dragging their feet and did not provide an official investigation into the matter. As travelers, we rely on hotels to provide a safe and secure environment for us, but this experience made me feel like my belongings and privacy were not respected. I hope that the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to ensure that situations like this do not happen again in the future.
