Such a wonderful place and a short walk to Perth, but very quiet and comfortable. It’s a large comfortably furnished home and has all the amenities, including an excellent breakfast that you could ask for. They really do go out of their way, thank you, Graham, to take care of you The bedding was super comfortable, and I loved having offstreet parking behind the house. Graham also helped me choose some whiskey tastings at night before I retired.

We we attended a funeral in Perth last week and decided to stay overnight, we could not have chose a better place to stay. Great parking at the rear of hotel and less than a 10 minute walk into the city, or even better, take a stroll through the park by the riverside. The Hotel also has a lovely well kept garden. We were greeted by Finlay who was lovely, helpful and efficient. Our room was perfect, (with a great view over the city and park) quiet, spacious and spotless clean in every department. The bed was so comfortable, we both slept soundly all night long. Breakfast the next morning was a treat, all the ingredients were of the highest quality, perfectly cooked and delicious, all served in a relaxing atmosphere. To sum up, we did not have one single complaint and definitely will be back again.

We were given a a warm welcome from the owner on arrival in reception . The car park was great & easy to load /unload cases The rooms were very well equipped, spotless with plenty of surfaces in both bedroom & shower room . Comfortable bed & pillows. The breakfast was absolutely delicious & well presented.Wonderful homely atmosphere- pleasant bar only one wish………pity they no longer do evening meals ….. but the restaurant recommendation from the owner was very good. Well worth a stay from all aspects.

Lovely stay from start to finish. A nice, warm welcome from the person on reception who was friendly and happy to help. It was a beautiful room, cosy and very clean with a great view. The hotel was within walk distance to the city centre and a beautiful walk by the river. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and again, wonderful service. I would highly recommend this hotel, we had a wonderful time.

A lovely Valentines 2 Day stay . The Hotel is beautifully clean and very comfortable . Findlay ( our host ) was friendly and engaging . My partner & I will definitely be back - lovely breakfast and friendly atmosphere . The hotel is well situated for Perth Town Centre and Findlay was happy to provide a list of " things to do "

The Hotel: Charming old house, with beautifully decorated rooms. The comfiest bed of our week long trip and a fantastically appointed bathroom. Everything spotlessly clean. Lovely and quiet with no disturbance from the road or anything/anyone else. Extremely convenient parking at the rear of the property and less than a ten minute walk into town. The food: Enormous and generous choice of breakfasts. We had the kipper (delicious) and our friends had the Scottish and the vegetarian breakfasts - also delicious. There seemed to be an endless supply of coffee, tea and toast and it was obvious the ingredients were all high quality. It's shame the hotel aren't able to serve dinner currently as I'm sure it's epic. Hopefully we'll be able to experience that if we visit again - which we'd very much like to. The service: Perfect, the right balance between attentive and friendly, without being insincere and over the top.
