Imlove Baymonts and this one didn't let down

Great value for the money spent

One they was trying to charge me for wristbands to go swimming two my fridge wasn’t working and three they was rude and charge me more then what it was supposed to be

I loved the bathroom. I loved the employees. I have never stayed at a hotel that had better employees. I want the bathroom sink and the desk chair 😁

Found a bed bug the next morning after staying overnight. No refund was granted either

Fair price for a good motel. We enjoyed the pool and sauna however the hot tub was broke. Continental breakfast was good and there staff was excellent.

Dudes lurking almost every time we came or went. Room smelled like a litter box. Three towels and a sliver of soap for four guests, now shower head in room (they fixed), no shelf / soap dish in shower, pool does not work (I was glad I wouldn't have wanted to explain to the kids why we weren't going in that water), up charged on site, booked king beds ended up in twins (due to limited availability / despite the reservation), backs up to I75 (cheap windows = lots of noise), could see light easily on three sides of the door (could fit a piece of cake under the gap at the bottom), one skanky chair in the room that you would not want to touch. I'd say it's a place to sleep but it really wasn't. My wife commented she never knew sleep could be such torture. You're better off to stay in your car at a rest stop (safer / quieter / more comfortable).

Musty smelling room and the hallways smelled like ****. The breakfast area was not attended and pretty lame.

Finding out there was a few restaurants that was walking distance from the hotel, was a bonus. We were sad to find they had the spa closed due to no heat but we had fun in the pool with our kids. It did take some time to figure out the sauna but it was built well and clean. If we come back to the area we may reserve a room again. Beds seemed clean no bugs that we noticed.
