The port is 200 m, the centre is 500 m and the fine sandy beaches are nearby: Trestrignel 1 km and Trestraou with its casino 3 km. On the second floor: 30 m² “penthouse” bedroom with seaview. On the first floor: 3 25 m² bedrooms with large beds, bathroom with bath, shower room with shower and toilet. On the ground floor: entrance, shower room with shower and toilet, 25 m² bedroom/office with 2 single beds, living room with fireplace and piano, dining room and kitchen. 100 m² South-exposed garden with furniture and shade of the palm tree.
