The hotel is in a great only about 3 minute walk from the station which made it ideal for us as we travelled to different resorts each day. The couple that own the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. They provided us with a map with main attractions and also recommendations for places to eat. Rooms were as described, I am glad we went for the option with the balcony it give that extra sense of space. All in all a great stay. We visited Colliure, Carcassonne and Argles Sur Mer in our 4 day break. There is so many places you can explore from Perpignan by rail and it was uncomplicated.

One of the worst hotel stays that I’ve ever had. The room itself is incredibly basic and has the feel of a hotel rather than a hotel. As it’s a cheap hotel, I could overlook that if it was the only issue. Sadly, the main issue was that I consistently could enter my room due to a faulty lock. The first night involved waiting for an hour and a half while the very concerned concierge failed to unlock the room, resulting in me not having access to my clothes, work equipment or wash kit for the night. I was finally given another room at 4.30am but was asked to be back up early to get my room back. When I requested a refund for that night, it was refused. I pushed this further and was told to email the manager. Weeks later and I’ve still not had a response. The same faulty door also wouldn’t open the following night and the same concierge had to break the lock open, asking me not to leave the room once I was in, as it would probably jam again. A truly awful hotel experience. This would be a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the night concierge who did all he could to help.

Hotel básico para dormir e irte, es de lo más económico de la zona pero lo que se ofrece tampoco es que se pueda pedir más , habitación mini todo embutido, plato de ducha y lavabo al lado de la cama por lo menos el wáter tiene puerta, plantas superiores SIN ASCENSOR!!! . Pues eso dormír e iros poco más que añadir. Parecía limpio pero mi hijo se metió debajo de la cama y sacó una gorra a saber de quién...

Chambre très petite draps avec brûlure de cigarette dessus de lit tâcher. chasse d eau qu ne marche pas la responsable vien enlevée le cache voilà sa marche laisser sans le cache du coup unTrou super . Le lendemain les femmes de ménages sont passer faire le lit elles fumés ds les chambres c sur et à notre surprise toujours le drap avec brûlure de cigarette mais la le dessus de lit à lui aussi 2 trous de brûlure cigarette franchement heureuse de y avoir séjourné que 2 nuits cher pour peux de confort très bruyant très mal isolé .on y reviendra pas

This is a very nice hotel, slightly out of the town centre (which is probably a good thing). We had a Privilege room which was very good, with views across a park and towards the town centre. The staff were all excellent, charming and helpful. They have a restaurant which doubles as a breakfast room in the morning. The menu is small but adequate which starts at 19:30 but you can get the Tapas menu from 18:30 onwards. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which can take you to the train station and Canet plage. There is also a roof terrace and a 1st floor terrace. Unfortunately wi-fi was not available in the hotel rooms during our stay although you could log into it in the reception area. Apparently there was a breakdown with their normal system which they were trying to fix. If you are going to Perpignan I would definitely recommend this hotel.

因為第二天要坐火車，所以就定了這家，房間還可以，配套設施也很全，就是停車要另外收費，所以我們提前一天把車子還掉了。

Me dieron una habitación que tenía que estar bloqueada por no estar en condiciones: estuve toda la estancia con la TV estropeada y al 1r día me encontré pelos en las sábanas! La atención estuvo bien, el baño era muy viejo con una ducha y secador cutres, además hacía mucho frío.

Un hôtel que nous recommandons +++ ! Accessible avec un parking en plein centre ville face à une grande place et ses beaux platanes Le personnel du bar est top et se met en 4 pour nous servir un petit repas simple et convivial; le personnel du petit dej est tout aussi sympathique et pro Bravo à la Team Mercure Perpignan 👏

Location is good but has no parking, the promoted parking next door is expensive especially at a weekend when most street parking is free and this isn’t mentioned. I asked about early check in and was told it would cost which is rather cheeky if the room is ready. The room is a decent size but the additional bed is really a sofa, couldn’t get the air con to work but managed without, the works going on meant a strange smell in the corridor. Staff were very helpful and there was a great breakfast spread.
