The location was a little longer than I initially wanted but there’s a mall close by plenty of restaurants and right of the highway. Breakfast was great, I like that they switch it up and that it’s not the same also plenty variety for anyone. Emani and Kaylee and all the front desk people were super nice and helpful. I am coming to Rochester to have some treatments done and I have already booked my next two stays. Pool was nice hot tub was good just needs to be hotter.

We ended up not swimming or using the hot tub but we did check them out and they looked very nice! We loved the hot breakfast buffet! So many options! We forgot things in our room and the staff was able to locate one of them and brought it to the front desk, they were very kind and understanding. Had a great experience will definitely be staying there again!

When my husband lay down on the bed it flipped up in the air and nearly overturned. We investigated and there was a screw loose and an iron piece of the frame had fallen off. There was a grape rotting under the fridge. The toilets don’t flush well and ours got stopped up even though we didn’t put anything inappropriate into it. The pool and staff were wonderful however.

The staff was amazing, you could tell they had a good working relationship. They made Christmas fun for kids by hiding an elf to find and had a hot chocolate table at night. Breakfast was Great with hot oatmeal and not your typical plain scrambled eggs but omelette. Would stay another night if our flight wasn’t leaving so early from Syracuse.

Definitely not worthy of the travelocity rating. First room was directly across the hall from the elevator and the ice machine was inches from the door. Not in a separate room as usual. Emani offered great service and graciously moved us to another room only to have dirty sheets. This room clearly has not seen an update in a long while. $170 was way to much for accommodations. Left and went down the street.

Had a great stay here, clean room, friendly staff, and bed was somewhat comfortable.
The only negative would be the breakfast was just ok, but do like the fact that it is included with your stay

The hot tub was not hot, the toilet was clogged and didnt get maintenance sent up , instead had us get a plunger to fix it and plunger didnt work
