努沙海濱別墅度假村

Nice staff. Dated slightly shabby bungalows. Upstairs living area bright and sunny. Downstairs sleeping and bathroom damp and didn’t get and direct sunlight. Access from top level to bottom via an outside staircase, albeit enclosed it still got wet when it rained. Pool nice temperature but needed maintenance. Overpriced for level of supposed ‘luxury’.

Bei Ankunft war niemand da. Der Schlüssel lag im Zimmer. Die Aussenanlage macht einen heruntergekommenen und ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Toilette beim Pool war sehr dreckig, der Pool auch. Das Zimmer war ganz ok, aber lieblos. Keine Polster auf harten Stühlen. Mülleimerdeckel im Bad total schmutzig. Das Sofa fleckig. Hinter dem Haus geht eine Straße mit entsprechendem Lärm. Wir sind einen Tag eher abgereist als geplant.

What a wonderful place to enjoy a family holiday. The accommodation was spot on, lots of room for an adult family to spend some quality time together but not be under each others feet. The facilities included a pool, tennis court and bbq area. We played tennis every day, had a great family bbq by the pool. The location is great. Our unit was about 60 metres from the sand. No roads to cross. Brilliant.

Alles Top, aber…. Lage, Ausstattung und Einrichtungen sind perfekt. Wir haben uns aks Famile sehr wohl gefühlt. Unserer Ansicht nach wird der Unterhalt und die Sauberkeit etwas vernachlässigt. Mehere verstopfte Abflüsse und gefühlt die Hälfte der Glühbirnen waren defekt. Austausch der Wäsche und Handtücher und kurze Reinigung auch bei 1-wöchtigem Aufenthalt nur gegen Gebühr von 160 AUD. Wir würden die Unterkunft aber jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie nur weiterempfehlen.

Beach House No.1 needs a complete refurbishment very tired looking accommodation. AirCon in bedrooms but not upstairs in the open plan living room, dining, kitchen. Could do with a deep clean all the way through accommodation along with the seating areas. Toaster was rusty...!

We loved our stay at the retreat. It was lovely to have the space of a beach house with a deck. It was a short walk down a little bush track to the most beautiful beach which was patrolled (maybe because it was the Christmas holidays) and a 2 min drive to the village. The accommodation may not suit everyone as there are only bathrooms in the downstairs bedroom area, the stairs are outside the house. Air con was great downstairs but only one fan upstairs. The furniture was pretty basic with the main bed ok but only a double and not super comfy (no bedside tables!) and needs a bit more love quite a few bulbs were not working and a faint smell of cigarette smoke in one of the bedrooms. However the deck and view made up for anything which was a bit basic.
